“Tell me, Elena, what am I to you?” Matthew added, his eyes almost bulging out of its socket.

“Why would you be asking me something like that? You’re my friend! You’ve always been my friend!” Elena replied, staring directly into his eyes.

“Then tell me why you keep barging into all my conversations with her! Tell me… why you think it’s normal for you to do everything and anything when it comes to me.”
