50 - I promised to take good care of her

Mr. Herbert Norman sat at the end of the long dining table. There were no protocols observed at the Normans' lavish dining hall in the villa. Chef Brown exhausted his skills in a variety of western and Eastern breakfast delicacies. With Veronica around, all the maids including Christiana the housekeeper were walking on eggshells. No one wanted to be in Veronica's bad books. 

Veronica sat at the right side of Mr. Herbert Norman, while Dickson sat on the opposite side of Veronica. Judging from Veronica's casual outfit, she was most probably spending the day at the villa. Sly sat beside his mother, dressed in his suit and looking mesmerizing. 

Monica was dressed in her office wear, a trouser suit, picked by Sly to complement his attire. Her hair was held up in a ponytail. The couple looked professional, yet attractive.
