It was only later in the day that Jackson’s assistant found where Amelia was admitted. But when they rushed over, they were told that she had already been transferred to a private facility.

“What happened? How could she be transferred? It is not like she has the money to pay for the private hospital.” Jackson spoke. He felt that something was wrong but he could not put his finger on what it was.

“Sir, could it be that her mother transferred her? We have been protecting Amelia all these years and we haven’t seen her come into contact with anyone powerful.”
