Rogue's POV

I put my shirt on, not caring about my bleeding chest or arm. I had to stop her from leaving.

That's true I avoided her advances and her feelings... But I did it because that seemed like the best option. I live in a graveyard full of skeletons of the people I killed. Around the fences and outside the gate are the relatives, friends and accomplices of those people who are loyal to them. They want my head and I can be attacked any time.

Whenever she approached me, in the back of my head I envisioned her wearing a black dress and crying beside my dead body in a coffin. She was young and full of life. She didn't need someone like me who could be dead at any time.

However, now I wish to contradict my own thoughts. I desired her as much as a beggar desires a roof on his head during a rainstorm.

I do have a crown on my head which is stained with blood, I can clean it and let it not compromise with my life. Not to forget that I have one of the biggest armies and amm
