~Adriana’s POV~

I flicked my wild hair to the side, resting my head on my arms as I watched Massimo sleep soundly beside me.

Initially, I had been shocked because I never thought that he even sleeps at all and to think that he was sleeping this soundly and snoring quietly beside me made me even more surprised..

Another thing that surprised me was how peaceful and childlike he looked in his sleep. “Who would see him like this and believe that he was one of the most dangerous people to ever come in contact with?” I mused under my breath, shaking my head as if answering my own question myself.
