Town

First thing in the morning, Cammie is dressed in one of the two pairs of tracksuit bottoms, a green t-shirt and Robins grey hoody. She pulls the curtain aside and she can see that the sun is just starting to peak through the trees in the distance, but it’s still dark out. She knows it still pretty early and the chances are, Robin is still asleep, but she can’t lay in bed any longer, waiting for him to get up.

Going into the kitchen now, she can see all of the lights are still out and the living room is still pitch black meaning Robin must still be asleep.

Quietly, she stalks into the kitchen, waits a moment for her eyes to adjust to the dark, then sets to work making a pot of coffee and puts some porridge on to cook.

May as well get a good breakfast in and make sure Robin is well fed before heading out to town. She doesn’t know how long the drive into town is, but she does know it’s a way off.

Once the porridge is cooked and the coffee is made she decides its time to wake Rob
