Running back to Tyler

SELENA'S POV

Tyler looked back at his Luna, she moved with force and dragged me away. I wasn't in the mood to fight anyone, because I can't be like her, a husband snatcher. How bad people feel when they receive the bad treatment they gave others, but that was by the way. 

I stood up, strong and energetic. Ready to let the cat out of the bag. 

"You claim you know all, but little did you know that the moon goddess gave us all our different hearts and minds to hide anything we don't want others to know. That was why…" Tyler held his Luna as she was trying to attack me again and interrupted me.

"Save us that silly sermon of yours and go straight to the point." He commanded.

"Just look at what she has turned you into, a barking dog. You now talk to me like a piece of rubbish." 

"Is that not what you are?" Tyler's Luna sarcastically asked. I smiled and smirked, looking direct into Tyler's eyes.

"I have a triplet, not just me, but we. I was pregnant when you sent me away from your palace." Tyler's eyes widened in shock as I reviewed that he has a hidden triplet. 

Tyler gradually removed his hand from his Luna's arm, and moved to me. 

"Let's talk about everything later, for now, where are my children?" He asked, I could see the joy in his face. I never knew he would be this happy, but even at that, I never wanted him to set his eyes on me or my kids. But, do I have other options? No! Because Pete is going through a lot that might even take his life. 

"The babies were kidnapped, and…" Tyler couldn't allow me to finish what I wanted to say. 

"Who dared to lay his filthy hands on my children. I will get the person and feed his or her heads to the rogues." Tyler in a very strong voice declared. 

"What if it's your Luna?" I asked, he sighed and looked away.

"It can't be me, careless fool! You don't even deserve to be a mother." Tyler's Luna said, and my emotions got me back to reality. Tears dropped from my eyes. 

With tears in my eyes, I struggled to say a word because my voice was already going down, I have been shouting for a long time. "I am not here to be blamed, I am here to find my kids, to have them back because they are the only people I have." I kept on crying as I went down on my knees to plead with Tyler again. 

I could see that he was boiling in anger as he paced back and forth of the compound. "You have to stop crying, we will definitely get them back." Tyler pulled me up and embraced me. 

"Take me to the place they were kidnapped, we can start the tracing from there." Tyler stated, his Luna interjected. 

"Take you to where? Are we not going out for something important?" 

"Something important you say. What is more important than my triplets that are missing?" Tyler threw back the question to her, which fuelled her anger. 

"Wow! I should have known all these while that I mean nothing to you. You want to play me the same way you played her?" She asked Tyler. 

Tyler stopped, he walked up to her and hugged her. "You know how much I cherish you, I can't trade you for anything, no matter what. Why would I take the most beautiful woman in the entire werewolf history for granted? No! I can never. But, you see this? It's something crucial, and it needs my attention, please you have to understand this. I will be back soon, trust me." Tyler said, and I guess it softened her heart, because she kept quiet after Tyler's speech. 

"Liam!" Tyler called out to his beta, who didn't waste a second to respond to him. "You will stay back, I will be back soon." Liam nodded in acceptance of the command given to him. 

Tyler's house was built at the outskirts of the pack, where the siren environment can allow the royal family to have their peace. 

On getting to my house, Pete was nowhere to be found. Fear gripped me. "Where is he?" 

I didn't know Tyler heard what I said as he threw the question back to me, "who?" 

"Someone you don't know." I replied and left the room. I started running towards the pack doctor's office, maybe she came back to carry him. My heart was beating so fast that I almost couldn't speak out.

On getting to the hospital, which wasn't far from my house, I saw Tyler's car trying to pack at the packing space. I stopped and asked Tyler to wait for me outside, but he refused.

"I want to see the bastard that dared to lay hands on my kids." He grabbed my hand and dragged me into the hospital. "Show me the place." He commanded.

"Please let go of me, you are hurting me. This is not the time for this, and you are not even in the right place." I managed to speak. 

Due to Tyler's identity, well known as one of the most powerful Alpha, everyone in the hospital started to bow and greet him, but he didn't pay attention to any of them. 

"Hey Selena! What are you doing here? What happened to Pete?" The doctor asked as she ran out of her office, I guess because of the noise.

"What happened to Pete?" I threw the question back to her in shock. That possibly means Pete isn't in the hospital. Is this a set-up to take away everything that makes me happy?

"Why are you asking me such a question? I left him in your care before leaving." 

"I know!" 

"So, what are you saying now?" The doctor questioned, I knew she was trying to get herself out of it, because the presence of Tyler can make anyone shiver. Especially in a critical case like this. 

"Who is Pete?" Tyler asked, I turned back and looked at him. I could tell that he was so pissed and ready to pull down a mountain just to get what he wanted. 

"I will explain everything to you. For now, let's go and find P…e…t…e." I couldn't breathe well again, my breath started seizing. 

Tyler held me as the doctor called the nurses for assistance. I couldn't get myself, I don't want to die, I want to live for my children because I know they are still alive. I suffered when giving birth to them, no one has the right to take them away from me. 

Tears rolled down my eyes as everywhere started getting dark in my sight. Am I getting blind? I can't tell, the only sound I could hear was the voice of Tyler screaming my name. 

That was how he did scream my name in the garden when we were little, he was my childhood friend that turned to my lover. 

Maybe my heart is failing, because it was hard for me to breathe. Is this my last day? The last day I will see my wonderful kids, my mate and dying in the hands of the man that betrayed me.
