I was glad that Kyle was sensible enough to give me some space throughout the night or maybe, he was occupied with Alpha paper works that he actually forgot that he had gotten his mate, I was reluctant about stepping out of the room, I just wanted to stay here for a long time as it was becoming my new comfort zone but I did not want to appear as a lazy Luna although I have not been coronated as one.

I was still deep in my thoughts when I heard the gentle knock on the door. From the scent, I knew that it was not Kyle, it was a girl, maybe, one of the omegas had decided to bring my breakfast to my room or it was someone else.

I slowly opened the door to find Kaylee with a breakfast tray and a smile on her face, it was so contagious that I had to mirror her expression, although, I found the kind gesture suspicious but I knew that she would not dare to poison me in my own pack, not when Alpha Kyle had put her on probation, maybe, that was the reason for her nice acts.
