Alex watched his beautiful omega fall into a deep slumber. He kissed his lover's temple and pulled the covers up over Ash's shoulders. He then traced a finger down Ash's cheek and along his jaw bone. He closed his eyes. He hated seeing Ash like that. He never wanted anything bad to happen to Ash, and he felt like he had failed him. Was he a bad alpha? He didn't really know.
