Chapter:-20

When Alex woke up, it was due to Ash whimpering and slightly thrashing around in the bed. Alex looked to see if Ash was awake, but he wasn't, and Alex knew he was having a nightmare. Alex sat up straight away and pulled Ash into his arms, rocking him back and forth while saying Ash's name over and over again. Ash soon woke up, and when he did, he had tears running down his face.

"Oh Bunny, baby. It's okay. You're safe. I got you, darling." Alex whispered.

Ash looked up at Alex and then laid his head down on the alpha's shoulder, wiping away his tears. "I'm sorry."

"What are you sorry for, baby?"

"For waking you up," Ash whispered. He really doesn't want to disturb his Alpha, but he can't control his nightmares.

Alex sighed and shook his head. He knows very well what his bunny is thinking. "No, darling. You don't have to be sorry for that. I'm glad I woke up. Do you want to talk about it, sweetheart?"

"I... I was back in that room. There were hands everywhere. I'm so scared, Alex.
