Chapter 19 - I Think It's Best if You Lick My Face Too

One morning, I woke up to the feel of someone licking my lips repeatedly.

“Rai?” I asked as I opened my eyes.

Rai was kneeling beside the bed, holding a puppy close to my face. I sat up and squealed.

“Rai! Oh my God, you bought a puppy!” I said excitedly. I reached out my hands to hold the puppy, and Rai gave it to me.

“I’ve wanted to have a puppy for so long, and when you said you love puppies last time, I decided to buy one. It was just delivered a while ago.” He grinned as he looked at the puppy licking my face.

“Pom, right? White color? How old is it?” I asked him, laughing as the puppy tried to run around the bed.

“Yes, she’s a teacup Pomeranian, pure white color. She’s two months old. I have the certificate. Here it is.” He gave me the cert.

As I checked the birth certificate out, Rai took the puppy and held it against his chest. I saw that it was of a Thailand champion bloodline. I knew that a Pomeranian with a champion bloodline cost more than USD1000.

I looked at the puppy and saw that its legs were short, with a short snout and a baby doll face. And the fur was puffy and fluffy. It was so cute. It must have cost him a fortune.

“Rai, how much did you buy the puppy?” I asked him.

“Not too expensive, Princess. I think it was around USD3500.” He informed me as he let the puppy lick his face and laughed. That much for a puppy seemed ridiculous to me, but he was rich; what could I say?

“Rai, you know that teacup dogs will not get any bigger, right? We have to be careful with.. her?” I asked him instead, making sure of the gender.

“Yup, she’s a girl. Of course, I’ll be careful with her. And you will help me to take care of her too.” He grinned.

“Rai, I love her. Have you named her yet?” I asked.

“I was thinking of calling her your name.” He said thoughtfully.

“Katarina?” I asked.

“No. Leah, right?” Making sure that he got my name right.

“Yeah, it’s Leah.” I grinned at him.

“Princess, do freshen up. We’ll take Leah to Damian and let her wake him up.” He said mischievously.

I went to the bathroom hurriedly to wash my face and brush my teeth.

“I’m ready, Rai. Let’s wake Damian up.” I grinned, excited to see Damian’s reaction. He would love Leah too, right?

We walked to Damian’s room and opened the door. Damian was still sleeping, but I quickly averted my eyes to see his face instead when I saw that he was naked! The blanket only covered his nether region and his long right leg. His muscular body was displayed down to his left leg.

Rai moved Leah closer to Damian so she could lick his lips. He didn’t wake up, so Rai let Leah lick Damian’s face repeatedly.

“Kat, what are you doing?” Those were Damian’s words while wiping his face.

I raised an eyebrow. Why would Damian think that it was me licking him?

Damian opened his eyes and saw Leah right in front of his eyes. He sat up fast and scrambled to the other side of the bed, bringing the blanket with him to cover himself up.

Thank God he still had the decency to cover himself up, or I’d have a nosebleed looking at his, what I could picture as a perfectly sculptured nakedness. I didn’t have to see his naked body to know how well-formed his body was. It showed even when he was wearing clothes.

“Keep that thing away from me.” He said suddenly, horrified.

I raised my eyebrow again after hearing his words as Rai started going to Damian.

“Rai..” He said while extending one arm, preventing Rai from stepping closer.

“Damian, this thing is a dog, and she has a name. Her name is Leah.” Rai informed him.

Damian moved even further away that he backed himself into the corner of the room, so afraid of the little dog.

“Damian, don’t tell me you are scared of a tiny little dog.” I laughed as I watched him in amusement.

“I’m not scared. I just..” He let his words trail.

“You are just afraid!” I exclaimed as I laughed again.

“Come on, Damian. Just stroke her once, and I promise I'll get her as far away from you as possible." Rai grinned and extended his hand, offering Leah to Damian.

Damian eyed Leah; his fear was evident in his expression. He was hesitant, but finally, he reached out his hand to stroke Leah.

“See, it wasn’t so bad, was it?” Rai laughed.

“She wouldn’t get any bigger than this, Damian. She’s so cute. Don’t be afraid of her.” I coaxed him.

“Okay, okay. I’ll try, okay?” He said exasperatedly.

“We are going downstairs with Leah. You can come down and join us,” Rai chided as we exited Damian’s room and made our way to the living room.

“Rai, did you know that Damian is scared of dogs?” I asked, curious.

“Yeah, I know.” He grinned mischievously. “But I didn’t know he would be scared of a small tiny teacup pom.” He laughed.

Not long after, while Rai and I were sitting in the living room, Damian decided to join us.

“Where is the dog?” He asked suspiciously.

“She is here with me. She’s sleeping on my lap.” I informed him.

He just stood still while looking at us.

“Come here, Damian. She’s not going to bite you. She’s sleeping. And even if she bites you, it won’t hurt. She’s so tiny; you won’t even feel a thing.” I told him.

Damian reluctantly sat on my other side, eyeing Leah. She was sleeping soundly as I stroked her fur.

Damian kept his eyes on Leah when suddenly he asked me to hold her as he wanted to stroke her.

I kept my hold on Leah and let Damian stroke her.

“She is really cute. So tiny. Just like you, Kat.” Damian said.

“Not afraid of her now, are you, Damian?” I asked him, my eyes twinkling.

“Just give me a few days to get used to her. What’s her name, by the way?” He asked as he kept his eyes on Leah, scared that Leah would wake up and go to him.

“We call her ‘Leah’,” Rai informed him.

“Your name?” Damian asked me, surprised by our choice of name.

“Yeah.” I laughed looking at his cute surprised expression.

Since then, Damian braved himself to keep stroking Leah. But whenever Leah moved from my lap to his, he froze.

“Just stroke her, Damian. And hold her. Let her lick your face, so she feels connected to you. It’s her way to show you that she loves you.” I told him.

"Maybe I should just pretend that it's you since you both are so tiny," He mumbled under his breath.

His voice was low and soft, but I could still hear him. I blushed at his words, but I wanted him to feel connected to Leah too.

"Sure, Damian. You can pretend that Leah is me if it'll make you more comfortable," I grinned at him.

He looked at me, startled by my words. He thought I wouldn't be able to hear his mumble.

The next second, I was in his arms, and he was stroking the top of my head.

"Damian, what are you doing?" I blushed at his sudden action.

"Well, I gotta pet you too since I have to pretend that Leah is you. If I don't pet you, I won't be able to pretend that Leah is you," he told me as he kept stroking my head.

I was embarrassed and tried to push him away, but his words stopped me.

"Stay still, Kat. As I've said, I need to know how it feels to pet you before I can pretend that Leah is you." His arm around my body tightened, immobilizing me as he stroked my head.

He sounded so serious that I let him pet me in the end. Maybe he really needed to do it.

"Kat.. I think it'd be best if you lick my face too. That way, I won't be afraid if Leah licks me," he replied.

My head snapped up, stunned at his words.

"You want me to lick your face?" I asked him, feeling scandalous at his suggestion.

"Yeah.. so I won't be afraid when Leah licks my face," he told me.

Was he teasing me? But he looked so serious while saying it. Did he really need me to do it to overcome his fear of dogs?

"I think you need to do it, Princess. You have to help him," I heard Rai say.

I pondered for a while. If I could help him - even Rai said it was a good idea - then maybe I should do it.

"Okay, Damian. I'll help you," finally I said.

I faced him and positioned him, so we were facing each other. I brought my face closer to his face, inhaled, closed my eyes, and began licking his chin.

The moment I licked his chin, both Rai and Damian burst out laughing.

My eyes flew open, and my head jerked back. They were tricking me! My whole face went red, and I began punching Damian and Rai.

"Stop teasing me!" I told both of them. I was dying of embarrassment at that moment.

"Actually, Princess, Damian is not afraid of dogs. He's just afraid that he will eat them; that's why he rather stays away from dogs," Rai told me.

He WHAT?! Damian eats dogs??

I turned slowly to look at Damian, but before I could look at him, Rai pulled me toward him and pressed my face onto his chest.
