One Night Stand

How could they say that to me? My family disowned me, I had nowhere to go. When I came to live with them I had nothing in my name, everything I own or use now was given to me by Kelvin.

And for the 3 years we lived together I didn’t work, he wouldn’t let me. I have no money on me, how was I supposed to leave? To where?.

I was a stay at home husband, doing chores and taking care of his mom and himself.

I served them day and night, I was at their every beck and call.

And now they wanted me to leave without any belongings? How were they going to compensate me for the work and effort I had put into this relationship?

“But I don’t have any money on me” I started but Kelvin cut me off “ I don’t care, just leave”

And with that the three of them walked out.

Then the tears started rolling down in waves, I fell to my knees and cried.

A few minutes later I sat on the entrance slab outside the Cain mansion with my bag pack.

Inside it were just my undies and a tooth brush.

I had called my best friend Aria Grace to come pick me up.

I didn’t wait long before a red Mercedes pulled up. The doors open and Aria walked out.

“Oh baby, you look a mess” she said as helped me to my feet.

I looked at her and the tears started flowing again.

“Oh honey, get into the car first, you can tell me everything later” she said as he helped me into the car.

I told Aria everything that had transpired from start to bottom.

Aria’s family was well off, here in Stone creek pack. Although they weren’t the major power players,they are pretty important.

“I have a place I frequent , I’ll take you there. Let’s drink a bit to calm you down and then you sleep. We can think of what to do next afterwards okay” she asked

“Okay” I answered half heartedly

Half an hour later we’re at the place she brought me to.

It was a high end hotel. We stop at the bar first to drink.

I drank a lot, I really hoped this was all a dream and by the time I woke it would all be over.

“You’re wasted omg” Aria exclaimed as she took the shot glass from my hand.

“I’ll take you upstairs, get up” she said as she trying to pull me up.

Just then she got a call and stopped in her tracks.

“Something came up, I have to go. I’ll call someone to take you to room 4114. Take care bye” she said as she handed me over to a worker.

I stumbled and swayed a bit as I walked.

I was taken upstairs to a room and I pushed the door to go in.

When the doors to the room open, I walk in.

It is a dimly lit room, the ambiance is so cosy.

Everything in it looked luxurious.

“This room looks so good” my wolf said

“Yes, it does” I replied as I made my way to the bed.

I laid down, closed my eyes and tried to sleep.

Just then a body hovered over me, my eyes shot open, next thing I’m staring into the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen.

His face wasn’t clear because the room was dark and his blonde hair was all over the place.

“You’re in my room” a deep voice says soothingly next to my ear.

I could feel my skin tingling as his hot breath fans over my neck.

“I’m sorry, I can leave now” I choked out.

“No worries Chris, I’ve been waiting for you and now you’re here” he says

“Who are you and how do you know my name?”

“I know more than just your name Chris, and tonight I’m going to know every inch of your body” he drawled as he leaned forward and his lips met mine .

As his soft lips grazed mine, I felt my body react almost immediately.

With his right leg in between mine he felt it instantly.

My face flushed red in embarrassment.

He let out a small chuckle and then his lips came crashing down on mine.

Alarm bells went off in my head, I had no reason to indulge this man.

Logic screamed for me to push him away and leave this room.

But somehow I kissed him back with my hands around his neck. Maybe it was the alcohol, maybe it was how sex starved I am. Or maybe it was just meant to happen.

But I responded just as passionately.

The next Day

I woke up to rays of sunshine coming in through the window, I looked beside me and it was empty. If I didn’t have all these hickeys on my person I would have assumed I imagined it all.

I sat up on the bed and reached for my phone on the lamp stand next to the bed.

10 missed calls from Aria

4 texts from Aria, but then something made me pause.

The unknown number that had texted me earlier yesterday

“Go home now, I have a Surprise for you”

which I had initially thought was from Kelvin had just texted me again.

It said “Last night was bliss, looking forward to the next time”

So that meant the man I had just slept with wasn’t an accident at all. He had it all planned out from the very start, he knew my name, he knew of Kelvin’s affair before even I did.

He knew of our relationship and scariest of all, he had led me into finding out.

Who is he? What does he want with me? What is his goal?
