Chapter 18- Zack vs. Zeke
Amira's POV
I was walking back to the music room, soulless. I feel like I left my soul in the cafeteria.
"Sorry,"
His voice coming back to my mind again. Is he really sorry?
Is he really serious about it?
I rub my face and compose myself trying to be normal.
If you all gonna ask what had happen earlier, I don't know. After he said sorry I run and I don't know why.
My feet suddenly moves until I get outside the cafeteria. He's calling out my name but I didn't turn back.
There's a part of me regretting from what I have been acting just a minute ago.
If I didn't run, what will happen?
Am I gonna lose again?
I took some deep breathes and push the door in front of me and take a step inside the music room. I smiled at them as I went directly to my spot and start practicing for the concert.
