Chapter 31

"Thank God, I'm done!" I said, lying on the bed and feeling exhausted. After five hours of fixing my stuff, I feel relieved and satisfied with the outcome.

Ngayon lang ako nag-ayos ng mga gamit ko at masasabi kong hindi pala nakakatuwa! Way back in our house, Nay Hilda was always the one who cleans up my room and puts all my stuff into their proper places. Kaya naman achievement ng matatawag itong ginawa ko ngayon.

I was about to take a nap since it was already six in the evening when I heard my stomach. "Uso pala ang gutom sa akin? Akala ko hindi na ako tinatalaban ng kagutuman!" I told to myself.

I went to the kitchen, expecting that food was already served. But to my surprise, I saw Lucas cooking something. Lalo tuloy kumulo ang tiyan ko ng maamoy ko ang aroma ng niluluto niya.
