I gawked at the nurse inscrutably, watched as she wrote on her chart after evaluating my body. Why?
"Just a few more days and you're good to go" she cinched and I returned with a tiny smile and staved off my gaze to my hands, fondling with them. I was in a hospital, why?
Soon, I heard the sound of the door opening and I lifted my head and found a doctor ambling in with a vast smile on his face. Why?
"Good to have you here with us again, Kid", he expressed, now standing beside my bed. "How do you feel?"
"Lost, empty" I mumbled.
I watched as the doctor nodded. "You have been in a coma for a few weeks. Am gonna ask you a few questions and you must answer me, got it?" He inquired and I nodded. "What's your name?"
Why was he asking me that? "Tristan." I retorted anyway. That was my name, right?
