Chapter 81

Samantha Point of view 

I could felt the cold metal tip of the pistol on the skin of my forehead. I could hear the movement of his finger on the trigger. I expected something. For him to drop it or for the sound of the gunshot ringing in my ear but nothing has happened. 

I opened my eyes and I still see that the gun was still in position but when I looked at Rai, I see the struggle in his eyes. I blinked hard and fast. I let go of the breathe I was holding in and placed my hand on top of the gun carefully. 

"I trust you, Rai," I told him. I gulped when his eyes starts to shift to a cold stare. I extend my hand to touch his arm with one hand. "Rai, look at me. Look at me." I breathed in and out. "You can fight it. You don't have to kill me." 

Rai's eye twitches a little. His arm started to struggle to pull away but it doesn't. He was still fighting it. I could feel my heart beating out of my chest as I waited. I too
