Chapter 2 - She spends time with him

Paige and Cedric

To say Paige was embarrassed and humiliated was nothing compared to the rage she felt in her heart, her face pale as she shivered, she looked at Cedric and could see the smug expression on his face. 

Cedric didn't give a shit about her, all he wanted was just to humiliate her.

Paige walked closer to him, her rage rising with each step she took, when she was a breath away from Cedric, she landed a sounding slap across Cedric's face. Paige looked at the card on the table, that card held the solution to the major trouble she has been facing, her mother's surgery expenses, all she had to do was let Cedric have his way with her, and that money will be hers and she will be able to settle the hospital bills. 

It was plausible. She had no choice, besides it wouldn't be their first time…

Cedric felt aggravated by her no response or reaction to what he was doing. It was obvious that Paige held no attraction to him whatsoever and that made him more furious than he would ever think possible, why wasn't she attracted to him?

Cedric grabbed her face and forced her to open her eyes, "You have to serve me well Paige, else you won't get a penny, your duty is to serve and satisfy me," Cedric sneered, "Your response right now isn't serving or satisfying me at all."

Paige looked at him and the madness in his eyes startled her, why was he so furious? Why was he so bent on humiliating me, she thought, wasn't he supposed to care and be worried about Marlynn more? 

She was distracted by her thoughts and Cedric took the opportunity to bite her breast to get her attention, "Stop getting distracted Paige, this is going to be your last chance, or we will fold this up and we will both go our different ways and you wouldn't gain anything."

"Hmmm," Paige hummed in response. She cleared her mind of every distraction, she couldn't afford to fall short right now, she has already come too far. 

She looked at Cedric, and remembered the first time she had set her eyes on the man, Cedric was so beautiful, tall, dark, and very sexy.
