Chapter 1

　　\"Come here!\"

　　His whole body trembled, and his blood seemed to be frozen. Oliver Shi looked fearfully at the man who stood ten meters away from him.

　　The man yelled. \"I repeat, come here!\"

　　The man stood straight. He wore a tailored suit which made him appear cold and intimidating. Squinting, he raised his right hand and pulled off his tie. Oliver Shi knew what this meant. He was angry.

　　Their relationship used to be like a dream. Now, the dream had turned into a nightmare that he wanted to run away from.

　　Lucas Huo!

　　Oliver Shi shook his head. On his eyes was a desperate look. He looked out of the window at the plane, which was still in the runway. His nails had sank into his flesh, and blood trickled down his fingers.

　　Just another 10 minutes, he could have boarded that plane! He could have disappeared forever.

　　But such was his luck. He had been caught at the airport!

　　What kind of punishment awaited him? Oliver Shi didn’t want to think about it.

　　The way he shivered but refused to move, it obviously displeased Lucas. He began walking towards Oliver. He had unbuttoned the topmost buttons of his shirt, and his exposed Adam\'s apple rolled up and down as he laughed coldly. “You were gone for a day, and I broke Liam\'s leg.\"

　　\"If you run again, believe it or not, I will kill him.\"

　　Just like that, he would arbitrarily determine whether a person lives or dies.

　　Oliver Shi’s resentment bubbled up, and he couldn’t stop himself from speaking out. \"Lucas Huo, you crazy man, how dare you!\"

　　\"Don\'t believe me?\" Lucas Huo looked at Oliver Shi. His lips curled up in a thin smile. He made a gesture with his fingers. Ren Fei, the housekeeper standing next to him, stepped forward to show Oliver Shi a video.

　　In the video, Liam\'s thin body was being held down by several people, and his right leg was bloody. Liam called his name bitterly. \"Oliver! Brother, brother, help me! I\'m in pain!\"

　　Oliver Shi collapsed in an instant, and the tears he had been holding back finally fell. Though blinded by tears, he rushed at Lucas Huo like a trapped animal.

　　He was used to Lucas Huo tormenting him, but he could not allow him to touch his brother!

　　Oliver Shi reared back to strike him, but before his fist landed on the stiff suit, Lucas Huo’s hand flew up to restrain his wrist.

　　As soon as Oliver Shi settled down, Lucas Huo reached out and gently wiped the tears from Oliver\'s face. \"Don’t you ever try to escape again. I wouldn\'t mind taking the whole Shi family down!\"

　　When he said this, Lucas Huo\'s tone was gentle, like that of a lover. Though his words were extremely cruel, there was a hint of affection in his tone.

　　Oliver Shi’s hands weakly dropped down in defeat.

　　Lucas Huo, satisfied that he had stopped resisting, put and arm around him and led him towards the exit.

　　\"Why?\" Oliver Shi grabbed Lucas Huo\'s chest collar and asked, \"Why don\'t you let me go? Lucas Huo, why do you want to kill me?\"

　　Lucas Huo didn\'t speak. He just led him to the car and sat down. As the car started, he touched Oliver\'s beautiful face and whispered, \"How can I kill you? We have to protect your body for Jonathan Qiao.\"
