I guess winning her over wasn't going to be as easy as I thought.

My arrogance took over my brain, and I kissed her even though she was feeling vulnerable and crying her eyes out.

Even tho Maggie wont end up with Chase, I really love enemies to lovers. Perhaps too much. I like the "why do you care?" and the slow burn. The fights and evil guy turns good. I like the angry confessions. Mag can have Adrian, but Chase can have my number.
