Chapter 19: Selfish
Marcus let out a sighed harshly as he saw what was happening in front of him. He was right when he felt something was off about her just before she left. He couldn’t approach her as she was surrounded by a DEA. If he came out, he would as well surrendered himself to them.
“Don’t tell your mother just yet.” Marcus told his son as his eyes kept looking at the scene.
“You wanted to hide this from mother?” Marco’s voice raised at his father. Ha hated to be in this situation because he couldn’t help her. “Then, why would you send her to do this?” He asked in a loud voice. Marcus quickly turned around and glared at him.
