Elle’s POV

In the last few days, I had done so many things I wasn’t proud of.

From getting to my father’s house but not being able to go in to what I did to that girl which was the most horrific.

I still couldn’t believe I even did something like that but that wasn’t even the worst part.

It was the fact that it felt so normal. So right. So needed.

Like if I didn’t do it, I would lose my own life.

The raw instincts that pushed me to plunge my teeth into her neck was what scared me the most.

  • My Mate is a Vampire   A Dangerous Knowledge

Dreamir’s POV“You did what?!”I yelled, jumping to my feet.“I had to.”“And who gave you that permission?”She looked at me silently.“Answer me, Cicily. Who told you you could talk to her about it?”She tightened her jaw. “No one, okay. I just felt she had to know. I mean, she has to know the truth before she can help us. I mean the girl doesn’t even know who her father is and if she doesn’t know her roots, how can we get her to perform such a task? We are always going to have to tell her.”“Yes, but not now. I wanted to give it time.”She took a step closer, holding my gaze. “Why?”I squinted. “Why what?”“Why do you want to give her time? What is the point? What, you don’t want your little bride to get hurt?”I locked my jaw, turning away. “Shut up, Cicily.”“You want to protect her from all the ills of the world? You don’t want her to find out that your father was responsible for almost everything her father went through?”“I said shut up,” I said sharply. But she didn’t. Her vo

  • My Mate is a Vampire   My Truth.

Elle’s POVCicily and a small group of other women hung around me. The women were fixing one thing all the other in the room that had been assigned as mine while Cicily sat beside me, smiling vaguely.I didn’t know what it was but you seemed to be something about her. Either way, I decided to ignore it. Ever since I found myself in this line of life, I had seen many strange things, and I wasn’t sure anything new could surprise me.Hell, I was now considered a vampire who was a part of a Nocturis cult. They claimed I was their sister, a member of their clan but I knew it was just all a hoax. I may not know my mother but I had my father and if there was anything wrong with my ancestry, he would have been clear about it from the beginning.Cicily suddenly turns my face to hers, drawing my attention.“What is it?” I questioned, shocked. She let go and shook her head. “Nothing.”“Nothing? You just grabbed my face for no reason?”She swallowed before smiling.“Forgive me. I guess I just wan

  • My Mate is a Vampire   Needed

Elle’s POVDreamir was right behind me as we made our way into what he called the meeting hall. And sure, enough, as soon as we walked in, it was already stopped with a few number of people who were dressed almost alike and looked unnecessarily pale even in the almost darkness of the room. I paused, looking around and wondering if I had made a wrong call.“You don’t have to worry, Ravenelle,” he said behind me.“You can keep moving. No one is going to hurt you.”I swallowed, and it didn’t bother that it turned back to him. Even if I had any regrets, it was a little too late for that. When we came into full view, they all bowed their heads greeting to him. Then an older man stepped forward, bowed once again before taking my hand in his.“Welcome, daughter of the soil. We are so pleased to have you back.”The room erupted in an echo of his words, each one of them, repeating it in a robotic motion.I swallowed and stared back at the only face I was familiar with which was someone I rea

  • My Mate is a Vampire   A Mother’s Mockery

King Kerman’s POV“You had one job to do, Caius. One job,” I yelled at him as he cowered before me, pleading.“Forgive me, your majesty. I didn’t know she would have any reason to leave. She promised she was going to remain in the room until you came. She showed no sign of being displeased.”“Goodness!” I grunted, smacking my tightened fists on a table. Of course she showed no signs. She wouldn’t have wanted me to suspect anything for fear that I would try to stop her.But I should have noticed. I should have known that she wouldn’t comfortably remain here knowing fully well how dangerous her hunger would be.How did I miss it?How did I let her pretense fool me?I should have stopped her.I punched my hand into the wall again, feeling nothing.“Your majesty, please stop, you’re bleeding,” Caius pleaded but I didn’t care. Bleeding or not, I couldn’t feel anything and even if I could, it was the least of my worries.Just then, a knock sounded on my door and a guard walked in.“Get out

  • My Mate is a Vampire   Caught Crossing

Mother Luna’s POV“Your Grace, Your Grace,” Rose rushed into the room, dropping to her knees immediately.I looked at her, surprised by her sudden intrusion, and the state in which she did it.“What is it? Why do you interrupt when you know I have a visitor?”She looked up and swallowed once. “Because— because this is important.”It seemed so. Rose knew better than to waste my time over something worthless so I knew whatever it was, it certainly deserved my time. I was about to ask Victor to excuse the room, but I remembered our talk.I had shared too much with him already and there was no point in hiding more. Whatever it was, he had shown me through our last conversation that he could handle it.“Speak.”She paused, looking between me and him expectantly.“Do not worry about it. Just say whatever you have to.”“Are you sure.”“Yes. Speak.”She swallowed.“Well, I know this may sound strange, but it is about…Lady Elle.”I squinted, confused. She noticed and quickly followed up. “The

Elle’s POV“You cannot leave the King's chambers for anything. Whatever you need, just send any of the attendants, okay?”Caius warned as he prepared to leave the room and I nodded quietly, although I already had my plans. He paused just by the door and turned back to me. Surprisingly, he had been a rock ever since I found out my secret. I was scared at first that he would speak on it, especially after I overheard the king’s words on his former betrayal. But I understood the effect of following orders and decided not to hold it against him. After all, he was now doing a lot to make up for it.“I understand this is a bit uncomfortable— being locked in here all day. But you need to understand that it is for the best.”I smiled slightly. The thought of what I was about to do quickly made me think back to the first time I met this man and how I literally gave him a name based on his facial expression. It saddened my heart a little but I also understood the importance of the decision I ha

Elle’s POV My back was killing me and the worst part was I didn’t even know when it would end. I scoffed, blowing away unnecessary air. How dare he make me kneel in front of his ridiculous chambers and write a silly letter of apology? I mean who does he even think he is? A real king?!!! Sure,

  • My Mate is a Vampire   Elle, The King's Announcer.

Elle’s POV The head maid looked like she was having the time of her life as a first time teacher, telling me to repeat one thing over and over again when the minion came in that morning. “The king seeks your present.” He said king, I heard grinch. That was the name I decided he deserved anyway.

  • My Mate is a Vampire   Working For The Devil.

Elle’s POV “Uhm, hi…sir.” “How dare you! He is not sir. You must address him by his majesty’s title,” the minion yelled. I blinked, very dumbfounded. “His majesty? What is this? A secret movie? Where are the cameras?” I began looking around me. The minion rushed towards me as if he wanted to

  • My Mate is a Vampire   My Foul Mouth.

Elle’s POV “Jesus!!! Watch where you’re going, your fucking psychos, are you blind?” I yelled at the bloody Black suv that just spilled muddy water on me. There were two of them and they both stopped immediately, making a reverse. I didn’t mind that, I just focused my attention on the mess, try
