AVOID NOT TODAY

The sighs of pity to Susan accompanied the disappearing backs and they went on with the work left.

No one spoke as the rattle of papers and whispers with hands moving from one document to the other started.

Stephany had just separated from Susan as she went in to Juma's office through the corridor path.

She was conflicted in between visiting the office first or checking on the conference room if there's someone to give her the heads up of what happened.

After difficult decision, she decided to walk towards his office. The door was a bit hidden and there was a corridor. If she could have used her office, she would have used the emergency door link in there.

"Have you been hiding?"

A voice came from behind her and she swallowed hard with widened eyes.

"No! Why should I be?" Stephany asked a question of her own too.

Naturally she felt that there was no reason for hiding it's just that, she did not want to face this Juma Cain's changed self.
