I gave final touches to the hair and makeup which completes the look. Looking into the mirror I smiled at my reflection. I've always secretly liked dressing up but this dolled up Sabrina was lost somewhere ever since things started going the wrong way.. I took in each bit of me, the expensive red dress going perfectly with the Silver pumps and the Silver clutch. The dress was elegant yet not so revealing. It's just the long cut that ran from the bottom straight up to my right thigh that bothers me. The ball was at a seven star hotel. The most expensive and elite one in the country. We showed our invitation to guardsand were granted entry. The inside was just as beautiful. Elegant design carved with gold covered the cream walls and glittering golden pillars carved with the same flower design stood tall and gorgeous all around the room. The decor gave it the look of a palace. As we made an entrance, which was quite ordinary if you ask me, every eye in the room turned towards us. Everyone was glaring as we made our way deeper into the room. My eyes searched for only one person, who by all means I did not want to see. But the worst thing, I didn't even bother to read the invitation before coming here, so naturally I didn't know that the theme of the Ball was cream and gold. Well this explains the choice of decor now.
