CHAPTER 27

“ You look perfect the way you are. I’m just not the dressy type of person.” Felix smiled at Lu and started the car.

“ Where are we going?” Lu asked.

“It’s a secret but I promise it’s somewhere good. A friend recommended it to me.” Felix smiled at Lu and started the drive to their secret date location.

The drive wasn’t quiet. There was small talk between the two of them. In her mind, Lu kept thinking that she was doing this just to get her work done but her heart had a different opinion on the matter.

There was no denying the fact that she had feelings for Felix and those feelings weren't dying anytime soon but Lu was trying her best here to seal those feelings away and get her work done.

For a split second, Lu looked up to heaven and asked who ever was there to please get rid of these feelings! She just wanted to do her job and move on with her life.
