ANGELA

The room was still unnaturally still. Only the soft rustle of the curtains and the sound of my daughter's steady breathing broke the silence.

I knelt beside her, brushing a strand of hair from her face. Her skin was pale, untouched by the sun, her lashes resting delicately against her cheeks. She looked so peaceful too peaceful for someone who had suffered so much.

Leaning in, I pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. “Daughter,” I whispered, my voice trembling. “Before your eyes open again, I swear on the Moon Goddess, Julia and every soul who dared to hurt you will regret it. I’ll make them feel every ounce of the pain they put you through. And when you finally wake… they’ll bow at the sound of your name.”

Her hand remained limp in mine, but I squeezed it gently anyway.

“You’re a beta’s daughter. You should’ve been honored, not discarded like a broken fang just because your father is gone. The Alpha took you in as her own, but still… they treated you like dirt. That ends now.

ANGELAI stared at Julia’s phone in my palm, the last message still glowing on the screen: You want your daughter? Come get her. Sent to Elias.A chill ran through me, not from fear but from the satisfaction that came with power. Real power. She wouldn’t know who sent it, but she’d come. I knew she would.Mothers always do.Julia groaned beside me as I dragged her limp form deeper into the woods. The trees swallowed the fading daylight, shadows growing longer with every step. Her once-fiery presence was now reduced to quiet sobs and trembling fingers.“You won’t get away with this,” she spat, her voice brittle but stubborn.I tightened the rope around her wrists, anchoring her to a tree. “We’ll see about that,” I said, my lips curling into a smile I didn’t recognize feral, almost pleased.I crouched beside her, watching her pale skin and the flicker of fear in her eyes. Not long ago, she was the queen of cruelty, the predator among the pack. But tonight? She was prey. You’re probably

SELENASunlight streamed through the tall window, casting a soft golden glow over the marble floor. I stood there, watching the palace I once wandered freely with Alpha Kingsley in what felt like another lifetime—back when I thought it was all just a dream. My reflection blurred against the glass, the girl staring back a stranger and yet familiar.Behind me, I felt it again—that unwavering stare.I turned. Elizabeth. She hadn’t looked away since I woke. Her eyes brimmed with something between awe and fear. Her hands twisted the edge of her robe as if afraid I'd disappear again.“How long…?” My voice cracked. “How long have I been out?”She blinked, the question shaking her from her trance. A slow smile broke over her face as she stepped toward me, her excitement barely restrained.“You mean since you lost your memories, or since you woke up?” she teased gently, taking my hand in hers. “Because I know, child… I can see it in your eyes. You remember now, don’t you? You’re her Selena. My

SELENA“Wake up.”The Moon Goddess’s voice echoed like a whisper in a thunderstorm, and in an instant, I was there on the grounds of a college I didn’t recognize, yet felt strangely familiar. The dream the nightmare played out again. He stood in front of me. The guy from my dreams. The one who haunted my sleep with eyes too cold for someone so beautiful. His hand gripped a girl’s neck.I gasped. Not because of the violence but because the girl he held looked exactly like me.“Let her go!” I screamed, rushing toward them.He didn’t flinch. Didn’t even glance my way. My voice was smoke in the wind, my footsteps weightless. My hands passed through them like mist. I was invisible watching my own murder.Or something worse. He stared at the girl at me with blank detachment. His fingers tightened, and her my eyes bulged with fear. Her lips quivered.I couldn’t take it.“That’s me,” I whispered, backing away. And suddenly, the world shifted. The college dissolved like ash in the wind.Buildi

JULIAI’ve fought dozens of wolves, many older and stronger. Not once have I been taken down so easily. One second I was on my feet, ready to strike the next, I was out cold. And now, I’m waking up chained in some dark, unfamiliar room. The metallic sting of magic-laced chains bites into my wrists. I tug hard, muscles flexing, but the more I struggle, the tighter the chains wrap around me, almost like they’re alive. A low growl rumbles in my throat as panic swells in my chest. This isn't just physical restraint. It’s sorcery."What the hell…" I mutter, yanking again, harder this time. Nothing. My breathing quickens.I blink, switching to wolf vision, hoping I can at least see through the darkness but even that fails me. A dense veil of black presses around me, thick and unrelenting.“Let me go!” I snarl, voice echoing through the room. “Do you hear me? Show your damn face!”No answer.Fear, hot and sudden, claws its way up my spine. But I shove it down. I’m Julia daughter of Elias, he

ANGELAStephen’s pupils flared. A muscle twitched in his jaw. Slowly, stiffly, he leaned back in his chair, fingers curling into fists until his knuckles turned white. He recognized it.The handwriting. The truth. And that recognition hit him like a blade to the chest guilt slicing through him, rage simmering just beneath the surface.Good.Let it burn.I stood still, letting silence stretch between us like a wire pulled taut. “Tell me,” I said quietly, “who does this handwriting belong to?”His gaze darkened. His hand shifted, claws breaking through skin, his wolf fighting to the surface. “I’ll handle it,” he muttered.I tilted my head, lips curling into a cold smile. “There’s no need to handle it, mighty Stephen. I won’t let the person behind this go unpunished. No matter who it is.”He didn’t reply, and I stepped closer, my voice soft but edged with steel. “It’s better we work together now. Because I have a few things you need to know.”He stayed quiet, but I saw it in his eyes he
