STEPHEN

The music thumped softly through the lounge, golden lights casting a warm glow over the low-hanging chandeliers. I sat with Rowan and Julia, a glass of bourbon in my hand, pretending to care about whatever Rowan was rambling about. My eyes, however, had already found their target.

Selena.

She sat at the far end of the room, hunched slightly over her plate, scarfing down her food like she hadn’t eaten in days. Her brows furrowed with every bite, and her lips glistened with the juice from the roasted meat. She looked innocent. Too innocent. Almost like she’d finally found a moment where she thought she was free from me.

Foolish girl.

I smirked without meaning to.

Rowan followed my gaze and chuckled knowingly. “You’re not even trying to hide it anymore,” he said.

“What if I married your sister?” he asked suddenly, jolting me from m

STEPHEN"Hello, Angela."The words hung in the air like dust motes in the dim light. My boots echoed softly on the stone floor as I stepped inside the room. It smelled of mildew and forgotten years. The walls, once white, now wore a dull gray with streaks of time and silence. Angela sat on the cot, unmoving at first until my voice reached her.She turned. Slowly. Her eyes, sunken and shadowed, found mine, and I saw the flicker of life that refused to be extinguished. There was no scream, no outburst just a ghost of a smile, dry and cracked, as if it hurt to show expression after all this time."You're not dead," she whispered."Neither are you," I replied, forcing calm into my tone. Inside, I burned. I hated this. Her. The memories she carried. But I needed her now.I walked toward her with the kind of slow confidence she used to mock. The past lay heavy between us, but I wasn’t here for that.“I need your help.”Her mouth twitched, as if laughter was too foreign a reaction.“The grea

  • My Stepbrother, My Alpha, My Man   CHAPTER 101

STEPHENThe room was quiet almost too quiet. The only sound came from the soft rhythm of her breathing, steady and deep, as she lay motionless on the bed.Selena.I sat beside her, watching the subtle rise and fall of her chest beneath the sheets. Her face was so peaceful, so heartbreakingly calm that it almost made me forget everything except for the swollen curve of her stomach, a silent reminder that something much bigger had changed. She was pregnant. With my child. My throat tightened, and I blinked slowly, trying to process the reality that had been dumped on me like a cold bucket of water. I was going to be a father. A father. The very word sounded foreign on my tongue, like it belonged to someone else’s story some other man who had been prepared, who had seen this coming. Not me.Not like this.I dragged a hand through my hair, frustration simmering beneath my skin. How had we gotten here? How had the woman I fought so hard to protect ended up in this bed, her memories wiped c

JULIAThe night air bit into my skin as I wandered down the nearly empty street, the moonlight casting long shadows that danced with every step I took. My heels clicked against the pavement sharp, angry echoes that mirrored the chaos brewing in my chest. How?How the hell did Stephen get Selena back?I had taken her far away hidden her so deep she should’ve disappeared into dust. I did everything to make sure she would never return to this pack, and yet… there she was. Standing beside him. Looking whole. Alive. Loved. My fingers curled into fists, nails digging into my palms as I struggled to breathe. I thought I was finally winning Stephen back. Thought that the way he held me, the way he pounded into me like he was starving, meant something. But no.I was nothing but a distraction. A dirty secret. He was still hers.Rage flared hot in my veins. I’d counted on Alpha Tyler. I made sure Selena ended up in his hands. Stephen wouldn’t have been reckless enough to step foot into enemy ter

STEPHENShe didn’t recognize me. Not even a flicker of familiarity in her eyes. But she would.I stepped closer, careful not to startle her. The ache in my chest throbbed with every cautious step."I would never hurt you, Selena," I said softly, my voice breaking around the edges. She flinched. Her back hit the wall, and her arms wrapped instinctively around her swollen belly like a shield. Her eyes were wide and wet with fear."You already did," she whispered. "You tried to kill my baby... you made me lose my memories."My breath caught."What?" I blinked, stunned. "Selena, I would never... I didn’t... I couldn’t do that to you."But her words echoed louder in my head than my denial. She said she lost her memories.A cold knot formed in my stomach. How could a Healer Wolf my Healer Wolf forget who she is... who I am?And then a name flashed through my mind like a thunderclap. Adam. My cousin. If he had anything to do with this, if he touched her, if he planted lies in her mind he wou

STEPHENTwo weeks. That’s how long I’ve stalked the edges of Adam’s mansion like a ghost in the shadows watching, learning, blending in.Now, I know every creak of the floorboards, every blind spot in the cameras, every rotation of the guards. More importantly, I’ve already planted my people inside, wolves loyal only to me. Disguised as guards. Waiting for my signal. How I pulled it off? Let’s just say I have my ways. I’m Stephen this is what I do.And tonight, I’m taking back what’s mine.Selena.The main gate creaks open as I approach in a stolen patrol car, my frame hidden beneath a crisp guard’s uniform. There’s no resistance Adam’s real guards are either unconscious or worse. My men handled them quickly. The mansion looms in the moonlight, silent and still. Too still. The kind of silence that makes your instincts prickle with warning.I step out of the car and stride to the front door without hesitation. No alarms. No resistance.Everything is going according to plan.Inside, the

ADAMSomething felt off.The moment Selena and I stepped out of the boutique, a prickling sensation crawled down the back of my neck an invisible weight pressing against my shoulders. I glanced casually over my shoulder. No suspicious cars. No shadowed figures. Just the regular buzz of town life. Still, the feeling wouldn’t leave.I gripped the steering wheel tighter as we got into the car. Selena settled into the passenger seat, her fingers brushing over her belly in slow, affectionate circles. My heart clenched. She smiled, unaware, lost in the moment, admiring the new baby clothes we'd picked out.But my mind was elsewhere.Stephen.Since the engagement party, ever since I caught the hunger in his eyes when he looked at her, I knew he’d come for her. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but he would. And that terrified me more than anything.I wasn’t just protecting Selena I was holding onto her with every thread of my being. I’d built a world around her. But lately, she’d started p
