"You said what now?" I asked as I paced around the living room.

"Look, Derrick, I don't expect you to understand. I had to tell mom something. Besides, any suspicions they had about us would go out the window. I think I made the right call. We need to see if we can get Skylar and Brock on board," Emberly explained as she wrung her hands over her lap and watched me pace.

"Let me get this right. You want me to pretend I'm dating someone you don't like, someone I was pretty close to fucking once. Do I look like I want to see Brock all over you? Brock wants to fuck you, Emberly. No, I don't like this, not one bit," I growled, sat down, then stood and paced again.

"You have a point, but it would only be every once and a while when we are around mom and dad."

"I get your point, but I think we should get someone else to help us out. You told mom Brock was older right?"
