Episode 7

Alisha is sitting facing Jacob who is ordering the sushi. She is looking pale, Her sweats on her forehead are getting obvious, and any time Jacob finds out she is nervous. She wipes her forehead with a tissue when Jacob places a plate of sushi.

" Taste it. You will love it" He winks pushing the soy sauce to her. Alisha smiles nervously and looks at the sushi. It's a grilled beef sushi. She sighs deeply and takes the bites closing her eyes..

" Now I remember, Alisha can't eat sushi, right? It's been a while since we met. She can call me to say Hello. Is she still shy?" Placing some plates of sushi, he asked about Alisha. Alisha after hearing her name from Jacob, begins coughing.

" You okay? Don't rush while eating. Have some cold drinks " He taps her back gently, holding the napkin in front of her. Alisha nods taking the napkin.

" You are more clumsy than you used to be. Here drink it."

" Thank you. Alisha is still an introvert. But she is fine. Don't worry about her." She knows she doesn't have anything to talk about herself.

" I wonder how does she look like? You two can be exchanged and people won't understand who Alissa is and who Alisha is. Even names are so similar " He puts little wasabi on the top of the sushi and puts it on Alisha's plate.. Alisha is trying her best to stop eating but Jacob is looking at her with admiration. She can't escape from this situation no matter what.

" What's wrong? Try it. It's Abalone. " Jacob bites his sushi and asks Alisha to have some. If

she can't eat now. He will suspect her that she can't eat sushi which means she is Alisha.

" Well. Can you order some udon and miso soup as well? It's boring without them." Alisha finally said with a cute pout on her lips. Jacob's heart boomed when he saw the adorable Alissa who looked like a cute puppy pleading with him to love her.

" OK. Cutie" He touches her nose and focuses on ordering the udon and miso soup.. But his attention goes on Alisha who is hesitating to eat.

" Don't you like abalone? " Alisha was startled when he asked. She hurriedly grabbed the sushi with chopsticks and shoved it inside her mouth.

" Are you squirrel? Don't shove food like this. You will choke again" Alisha nods covering her mouth. She feels like her body is starting a reaction to the seafood.

" It's tasty. " She faked and smiled brightly. Jacob looks happy and gives her more to eat. But his happy expression is too important to Alisha. She didn't care about her health, She kept eating them to see Jacob enjoying and happy with her.

To her, every single second is more important than anything she can imagine. She never thought she would have dinner with her first love. She can't waste the chance.

The entire time, She accompanied Jacob to eat. But too bad, Her body starts hitting up and the rashes on her skin are spreading. She barely can able to breathe and trying her best to keep calm..

" Um. Jacob! Can we go home now?"

She whines cutely. Trying not to let him find out her situation. She fakes yawns and stretches her arms as she gets sleepy. Thankfully she wore a full-sleeve dress. Her rashes are hidden underneath her dress.

" Sure. Let me take the car out of the garage" Jacob leaves. Alisha hurriedly entered the washroom and threw everything up but the allergic reaction already started working. She feels her vision is getting blurred and starts having difficulty breathing.

Meanwhile. Jacob drives the car in front of the restaurant but doesn't notice Alisha coming out. He locked the car and again entered the restaurant. But he frowns when he finds Alisha isn't there. He puts the keys inside the pocket and looks around to find her.

He walks towards the female restroom thinking she might be there. But As soon as he he steps near to the restroom. He hears someone talking about calling for an ambulance.

" Alissa?! " He panicked and tried to see if Alissa was here or not. But soon his heart pounds when he notices her hand and the wristwatch she is wearing.

" Alissa!! What happened?"

He didn't care about the surroundings. Taking her on his lap, He touches her face. Her eyes and body are red. She is gasping so much to get some air.

" Young Man! Take your girlfriend to the hospital. It might be an allergic reaction. " an elderly woman worriedly spoke. Without wasting another single second, Jacob lifts her and runs out. His heart burns when he notices Alisha's eyes which are swollen and her struggling to take a breath..

" You will be fine. We will be there soon. Hold on, Love " Alisha opens her eyes after hearing Jacob's voice... The eyes are crimson red. She gasps loudly as she feels her throat being stuck on something. She can't take a breath anymore.

Jacob drives the car as fast as he can. She slowly touches his hand and clenches his arm tightly. Her beautiful nails dig inside his flesh. Jacob didn't have time to mind his bleeding hand. He stops the car in front of the hospital and takes her inside as soon as possible.

After half an hour...

Jacob is walking back and forth while fidgeting his fingers. He can't keep himself calm. He frustratedly looks at the ER and then sits on the bench.

One of the doctors comes out when he rubs his face against his palms. He immediately stands up and rushes towards the doctor who is taking off his gloves.

" How is she? Doc!" He stops the doctor. The doctor smiles assuring him that she is fine.

" She has seafood allergies. Why did she eat lots of them? Please next time be careful with her food. She may have asthma." The doctor pats on his shoulder before leaving.

Jacob looks at the nurses who are transferring Her to a normal ward. He follows them. But one question is playing in his mind. Why did she force herself to eat since she has allergies to seafood? The guilt is killing him inside. He blames himself for being so pushover and doesn't care about knowing what she likes now. He thought Alissa would be the same as he had known for years. But turned out, He didn't know her well
