I looked away guiltily. I had no idea if Vance knew that I could be pregnant, however, I didn't want to be the one to give myself away.

It just didn't make sense.

"No, I just think you should let me go with you. We have already come this far. I think it doesn't matter at this point, anymore. Besides, I am sure those representatives know that I am here. Letting them see that we have a good working relationship will make them trust your words more. We can't let anything go wrong with this," I said.

Vance looked at me seriously, and he looked like he was considering my words.
