It pains me deeply to see Funke hurting like that. I never imagined our first meeting for over 3 years would end up like this. I kept having flashbacks of the good old times I shared with her as I took my shower in the bathroom. I was smiling subconsciously as I remember the time that I had to back her to cross the street because everywhere was flooded and she was scared to put her foot into the clusters of water in the streets. She called me her hero that day but now I think I have turned from hero to zero or even a villain.

Coming out from the bathroom with only a towel wrapped around my waist I dried up my skin and put on my clothes and just then my phone rang. Checking the calling I found out it was Emeka and a slight frown formed on my face.
