Chapter 7: Night pub and lightning love

Olwen brings pain and a broken heart to find a quiet place to relieve. She is now disoriented, not sure where she is going. The small body is curled up in a thin sweater, walking step by step wandering in the cold winter. Olwen looks very out of place in the crowd. It felt like no one cared about her existence. Everyone hurried past Olwen. Some people accidentally bumped into Olwen's body, causing her to fall on the road. They just said sorry briefly and then turned away, continuing their journey. They didn't care if Olwen was hurt or not. Need help or not? In fact, Olwen was not in the mood to pay attention to her surroundings, let alone feel the scratches on her body.

Olwen spends too much time wandering the streets late at night. Finally, the step was lost, lonely, sad, painful, desperate... brought Olwen to the front of the pub.

Olwen paused, turning her gaze towards the entrance. It took several minutes of deliberation before Olwen had the courage to step inside. Olwen never considered complicated cases. She simply thinks that alcohol can help her at the moment.

The pub was filled with lots of customers. But luckily Olwen managed to find herself a good seat at the counter. Olwen waited patiently for a very long time, and the new staff brought her the menu to see.

"What do you call it?" The bartender enthusiastically asked. It was a handsome guy, less than 30 years old. If it was a normal psychological time, Olwen would definitely be noticed by the boy's appearance.

"Whiskey," Olwen answered curtly, not looking at the questioner. She was looking intently at the menu.

"A glass of Whiskey?" The staff wants to reconfirm.

"One bottle. The strongest." Olwen said emphatically, without thinking. This made the other employee unconsciously owe an amused smile. The bartender observed Olwen for a moment and realized that, aside from her pretty face, Olwen was clearly not a wine connoisseur. To be precise, this was the first time Olwen decided to do something she herself had never done. It was drinking and going to places that didn't suit her at all.

Although the bartender wanted to give Olwen advice on drinking and choosing the right wine for her. But come to think of it, it's none of my business. Therefore, the bartender had to let Olwen decide on his own. What she likes to do is her right. His mission is only attentive service, and customer satisfaction only.

"Do you need anything more? An accompanying snack, for example?" The staff suggests: "It will help you enjoy the wine better."

"Give me the best that's here."

Olwen said, closing the menu. She suddenly raised her head and looked up. The moment their eyes accidentally met, something strange happened on the boy's side. His heart was suddenly fluttering, and his heartbeat was a little irregular. Admittedly, Olwen is very beautiful, looking up close like this makes Olwen even more radiant and attractive. Olwen's beauty does not make the boys fall in love, it is a strange thing. And right now, Olwen's charm and power were proven. No doubt, before the manifestations of that nature. It can be affirmed that the bartender has fallen in love with Olwen.

Olwen - who was currently in an unbalanced mood, was not affected by the sudden thunderclap called love. It's also possible that she didn't realize the unusual details that she unselfishly revealed. Typically, the pounding heartbeat is the attraction of the opposite person.

"What's wrong?" Olwen's voice rang out, bringing the young man out of his trance. Being stared at by others like that made Olwen a little shy.

"Nothing." The bartender was slightly confused by the situation, hastily denying: "Do you have any more requests?"

"Enough." "I'll call when I need more," Olwen said.

"Understood, please wait a moment."

After receiving the bill, the staff left Olwen alone. Moments later, the bartender returned with what Olwen had ordered.

"This is what you asked for."

"Thank." Olwen politely replied.

"Have a nice time. Enjoy your evening." The bartender has adjusted his mind and returned to his serious appearance.

Olwen nodded, saying nothing more. Seeing that, the staff asked permission to move to another place. As you can see, most of the seats at the counter are already occupied. That shows that there are still many customers waiting for service staff. At first glance, most of the customers are women. Age two to thirty. They came here for the purpose of flirting with the handsome bartender.

Before moving from Olwen's place, the bartender did not forget to leave a reminder:

"If you need anything, just call me."

"YES"

In front of the enthusiastic, attentive service staff. Olwen couldn't ignore it. She looked up at him and nodded slightly. Then, for some reason, Olwen watched the employee leave. When she found him chatting with another customer, Olwen returned to her own world.

Without wasting time thinking, Olwen poured wine into a glass and began to drink. The fact that Olwen raised the glass of wine and drank it in one gulp as if it were plain water, drew the attention of several men near the counter. Including bartenders. It was not difficult for him to realize that Olwen was having a sad heart. At the same time, giving too much attention, to the point of infatuation for Olwen. His thoughts turned wild. 'A beautiful girl turns to alcohol to relieve herself, often because of heartbreak or a deadlock in life. It can also be about family, work... Hold on a bit. Is Olwen in love? This sounds absurd. A beautiful woman like Olwen, who would have the heart to abandon her? The person who did that must be an idiot, mentally unstable.' The bartender was suddenly startled when he realized that he had made some inappropriate inferences. He also did not understand why he began to care and worry about his customers. He wants to learn about sadness, talk, share, comfort, and encourage her - whose name he doesn't even know.

The bartender's heart beat faster at the thought of his wish for Olwen. Again it can be determined with certainty. This is definitely the first sign of love. Lightning love or unrequited love.
