Chapter 115: Coming clean

I took a large breath as I looked into his eyes, I felt incredibly nervous and I wasn’t sure of I should be telling him this. I began to fiddle with my fingers as I tried to come up with a way to say this,

“I’m sorry Ian I just need a minute, I’m not sure how to even begin.”

He smiled and took my hand, “Just start from the beginning.”

I nodded as I started telling him the story of me and Darren in the early days, he listened quietly as I told him everything. I could barely make it through the part with the fight, the night I took someone’s life. Once I finished the story I took a large breath, I was terrified to look into Ian’s eyes but I managed to do it anyways.
