Chapter 34: Threats

“Okay Kay, are you ready?”

“More then I’ve ever been, I left a letter to be mailed out on the seat.”

He looked over and smiled.

I grabbed Jeremy and we both sat in the trailer, just wrapped him up in a big blanket and put a blanket over our heads to try and keep him warm. We drove for only about 10 minutes and we were at the cabin when I felt the snow machine come to a complete stop.

I peaked out and saw a small light on the porch , I could tell it was a log cabin, I grabbed Jeremy and his car seat and rushed inside since it was really cold tonight. I walked into the little cabin and from the inside I could tell it was completely log all around it had a small living room with a couch and chair and a large fireplace in front of the couch, it had a small TV in the corner. Off the living room it has a small kitchen with a little table, it was all open concept. There were two bedrooms and a big loft above the kitchen and bedrooms.
