Chapter Thirty Eight

Lance slumped on his bed and relaxed his body. The past few days had been tiring for him such that it was only fair that he rested for a while before he went back to work. There was need to rush the process, O’Neil Williams and some of his colleagues were not going to run away anyway. Lance grabbed a photo f Gabriella from the bedside table and stared at it. Suddenly, Henna’s word rushed into his head prompting Lance to give his sister a call.

“Daniel!” Kedade chirped. “I heard that you guys did well during your operation.”
