Epilogue

Gabriella..." Lance whispered her name. Gabriella stood up, dashed to him and hugged him. 

"Daniel.." Gabriella cried on his shoulders. John walked in and began scrutinizing the basement to give them space. He found Lusha hiding behind a barrel and offered her his hand for help. She readily agreed. Hugging lengthily, Gabriella and Lance cried in each other's arms for a while before John interrupted them. 

"We should go now." He said. Gabriella smiled at him and saluted.

"At ease..." John said and began walking to the door. Lance looked at Gabriella and caressed her cheek. Lusha grinned happily as she walked behind them.

"Why didn't you salute me too? I am the senior most here."

"Do you want to brag about it?" Gabriella scoffed. As they reached the door, Pavel suddenly showed up and kicked John torso, sending him to the cold floor beneath Gabriella and Lance.
