Chapter 1

Allyson's Point of View

"Please stay away from me." I heard auntie Almira shout as she stood on the bridge. I could clearly see the fear on its face as I stared at the approaching Travis.

I was confused by what was happening but I forced myself to shout and approach her to stop Auntie from committing suicide.

"Auntie Almira! Don't leave me!" I shouted at her but she slowly stepped closer to the part that no one could touch.

I tried to reach her, but she jumped off the bridge. I could do nothing but watch her fall into the sea while trying to call her name. Hoping that I'm just imagining things.

I looked at Travis and I could clearly see his scary grin as he looked at me.

"Ally! Ally!"

I lost my nightmare after hearing my name. I thought that was real. It's really terrifying.

"Drink some water first." Zia said as she handed me the water which I immediately accepted.

I looked to my side and I immediately felt angry after seeing Travis’s face. In the seven years that have passed, I have not received any help from him and this month, I just found out that he is already a famous CEO in the company that ruined me. He never did his promise! He ruined my life!

I looked at the bottom of the newspaper and saw the news about Auntie Almira who to this day is still comatose due to her last project in which Travis was involved.

"I have some fresh news from you Flare." I looked at Zia because of what she said and she pointed to the laptop in front of me so I opened it and my anger increased even more when I saw that they all had nothing to do with what they did to me. They look so fine and happy.

"Just on time, Mr. Travis Tan and Sofia Romero were spotted entering a hotel together last night. Three years ago, there are also speculations that they are dating. Does it mean that they are going to announce their en--."

I never finished the news because I might throw the laptop away in annoyance. I don't know if I could ever forgive my cunning half-sister for ruining my life, and now she's trying to steal my husband away from me.

"Are you sure you're going to take their offer?" Zia asked and from what I could see she was worried about me. She's referring to the company's offer to me, years ago.

"Auntie Almira is the only person I trust besides you and now that she's comatose, I need to know the reason and only Travis is my way to know the truth." I decided to answer her seriously.

"We lack some evidence Ally, so we still can't say that Travis is the cause of Auntie Almira's comatose state." she answered me so I got up to move into the living room.

"I can't think of anyone else but Travis. He's the only one who will benefit alot when he gets Auntie's factory and Iris told me that Travis goes back and forth to buy Auntie's factory." I answer her.

I sat on the sofa with a heavy thought. I can't think properly. I don't know where to start.

"Travis did everything he can just to get you into Soul Empire, because he didn't know that you were the famous critic Flare. He's still your ---."

"He's my husband who sent me abroad and that's why I need to take back what's mine Zia. My husband and my money needs me." I cut her sentence while looking at Travis' photo.

"Okay. I'll book you a flight today since there will be a party tomorrow and I'm sure Travis and Sofia will be there." I nodded at what Zia said, but immediately stopped and looked at her.

"Please speak Filipino language if you want to come with me." he laughed and said goodbye to get a ticket.

FAST FORWARD (PHILIPPINES)

"I bought you a car so you can use it later." Zia said and handed me the car key.

I pressed the car alarm and was exposed to the newly released Ferrari model.

"I told you not to spend for ---."

"I spent your money so it's okay." she said and reminded me that she would go first so that we would not be noticed.

I was just shaken as I got into the car. Let’s just see if they aren’t surprised when I come back again.

Travis Point of View

From my seat, I could clearly see the clustered employee as they forced Luigi to come down. He said he planned to commit suicide when I did not show up.

"Tell Travis I'm going to kill myself if he doesn't show up today!" Luigi's shout frightened the other employees.

I took a good look at Luigi and from what I could see he really had no plans to jump. He's scared of heights afterall.

"Let's go Chad. Some idiot needs to learn his lesson." I said to my assistant and went out first to go to Uncle Luigi. It really creeps me out calling him uncle.

"Go jump!" I shouted at Luigi and they all looked at me.

"Mr. Tan." the guards greeted and immediately gave way for me to approach Luigi.

"F-Finally you're here T-Travis!" its fragmentary utterance.

"Did I think you were going to jump? I even came here to watch you jump." I said seriously while looking straight at him. I'm also willing to pay for his death if he'll really jump.

"You'll give up my shares or I'll really jump in here." he threatens me but I know he can't.

Chad handed me the folder he was carrying, which I immediately picked up and showed to Luigi.

"You want shares, don't you? Will you come down or will I include these papers in your jump?" I threatened him and I could see the fear on his face.

"It's okay with me if you jump. One, two--."

He immediately came down and approached me, so I threw away the papers I was holding. I could see how much he wanted to get his shares that I had no plans to give him.

He picked it up and read it one by one. I knew how he would reacnt but I just wanted to see what he would do.

"You have no mercy Travis! Don't worry , I will confess everything I know about Almira on board meeting so you'll be fired!" he shouted and was about to kick me but the police stopped him.

"Okay." I answered here and turned my back on him.

Chad's Point of View

Travis left after the scene so I was the only one left on the rooftop to see Luigi being held by the police.

"Please Chad, talk to Travis. He's my nephew so he should give me a second chance." he said and knelt in front of me.

I smiled at the joke he said. Travis will surely mock him if he'll know about this.

"I'm not sorry to say this, but Travis doesn't ever give a second chance. Just tell the police everything and maybe they'll feel sorry for you." I answered him and followed Travis.

"The party is about to start Mr. Tan." I said this and he nodded.

Allyson's Point of View

I had arrived earlier but I purposely waited for Sofia to enter because I wanted to see her smile before the disaster.

A few minutes passed and I was not disappointed to wait for her as she got out from her car while wearing one of the clothes I designed that I meant to wear today. I let her went in first before I followed her.

"You're now a supermodel, Miss Sofia, can you share us your future plans?"

"Where is Mr. Tan? We thought you were together now on the red carpet."

I smile at the questions for Sofia. What if I finally got the thing that was really for me? I should tell Zia to prepare a lot of media because their idol will be the top news.

I took the marker handed to me and immediately approached Sofia’s stand to sign.

"Hi sis!" I whispered softly and she looked at me. She was startled for a moment and gave me a fake smile.

"Why are you here?" she whispered softly while still smiling at the camera.

"Ofcourse, my husband is here and I know that you're here to see your brother-in-law." I replied to her and turned to face the camera.

"Sofia, who is this girl beside you?"

"Why are you wearing the same dress?"

I smiled at their questions and looked at Sofia for a moment.

"Answer properly sis." I instructed her and went inside first.

I could feel her presence following me so I hurried to walk inside so we could have a private conversation.

"Who told you to come back?" its a question full of sarcasm immediately after we get to the front of the elevator.

"I'm back since my husband said so and I don't think I should inform you about it." I answered her and hit the elevator button and then smile sarcastically. The annoyance was obvious on her face.

"Travis? How come? He--."

"I'm still his wife, Sofia. I can't give my husband to another woman and he's the one who wants me to go home to the Philippines." I  cut off from what she was going to say and she was surprised so I continued what I was going to say.

"I know how hardworking you are sis but now that I'm back, I can support Travis in every way possible."

It made me smile after seeing her  panic face.

"Did you forget that you're the one who embarassed Travis and got the company in trouble seven years ago?"

I patted her shoulder for a moment and smiled at her knowing that she would get angry.

"He, himself said that I can do everything I want, so I think it doesn't matter anymore and ofcourse he loves me so much."

"Shame on you!" she yelled and was about to slap me but I grabbed its hand.

"I'm not the old Allyson you always slap, Sofia. I'm way better than you know and I'm here to take back what's mine. Stay safe sis." I threatened her and entered the elevator.

My every move was careful to avoid being notice.

"I'm sorry." said the waitress who bump with me.

I smiled at her and winked.

"Where is the comfort room?"

"Just go straight and turn left." she said so I thanked her and turned my back on her, but before I could finally take a step, she handed a key to me which I immediately accepted.

I hurried to my room in this hotel and immediately put on the staff uniform to carry out my plan. I pushed the cart containing the various room cleaners. I had no trouble finding Sofia's room because I was always watching her every move.

"You only have five minutes to complete your task." Zia's reminder from the earpiece I was wearing.

"I'm already here. I'll start immediately." I answered here and immediately entered the room.

Travis Point of View

As I have always been accustomed to, a lot of media was waiting for my arrival so I felt even more annoyed.

People are full of shouting that I look like a model, but I can't blame them if I'm mistaken for a model.

"Please head first Mr. Tan. I'll wait for you in the lobby." Chad said so I left him and took the shortcut to avoid the crowd.

"When did he get back?"

"Even when Mr. Tan's really arrogant."

"I heard he and Sofia should be together."

"His fiance is Sofia."

I just kept walking until I reached the wine corner. This is really the only reason I came here because I have no plans to socialize with people.

"Hi, Travis. "A woman greeted and held my arm.

If I hadn't really tarnished my image in public, I would probably have pushed this woman.

"Who the hell are you?" I asked seriously while looking straight at the people who were drinking.

"I'm the girl you love the most Travis. How come you forget about me?" its answer so I ignored it and just lightly left.

I chose to associate with people in high positions in the industry I belong to, because I need a lot of connections to grow the Soul Empire.

"It's a nice pleasure seeing you here, Mr. Tan." Mr. Cuevas approached me with his wife. What a lovely couple they are.
