87-With Friends Like These…….

“Hey Baby,” Juliet wakes up and runs her hand through Hank’s hair.

“Hey,” Hank wakes up and smiles. “How are you feeling?”

“Stronger. I think it must have worked,” Juliet smiles.

“I knew Oliver’s blood would work,” Hank smiles back and kisses her lips. “I love you.”

“I love you too,” Juliet tells him.

The doctor comes and checks Juliet taking some blood.

“Okay so I’ll run the blood, but we need to do another scan to be sure. I don’t want to get your hopes up yet. For some patients the process takes a couple of tries,” The doctor warns. “Don’t lose hope if we have to have a round two.”

“Thank you,” Juliet smiles. “It’s going to be okay.”

Hank exhales and nods at her.

Soon they come a wheel Juliet away for her scan.

Two hours later Hank and Juliet are giggling and sharing small kisses.

“Alpha, Luna, there is only a little change. We will need to do another treatment,” The doctor tells them. “We can discharge you now and you can return in six weeks for the second round.”
