Chapter Thirty Seven

When Grace brought Charles home, Mrs.Launtin was not aware of the plan. She only received a message that Grace would come home for lunch before meeting the afternoon class on campus. The smile of the young boy who had just got off the motorbike still remained unchanged from the face of a three year old. While she was still working for Madame, the baby boy became the Iranian woman's favorite son. Mrs.Launtin still remembers how the beautiful face of the Eastern woman gave her a glass of cold water or hot coffee when she worked timelessly at Mr.Emeron's luxurious house.

Her chest felt tight, the boy's eyes were from Mrs. Aziza. There is a feeling of guilt that cannot be restrained when remembering events that have passed very long ago. Mrs.Aziza's small and thin body tried to provide protection when she became the object of Madame's anger, after learning of Mrs.Launtin's pregnancy.
