Job hunt

“Get into the car, let's go home and talk.” She said.

I got into the car along with my kids.

They were having their chocolate with them.

However, Zoe wasn't having any.

She sat quietly looking at the chocolate in their hands. It was obvious she wanted hers.

Robert looked at her, then back at the chocolate in his hand, then without hesitation, he gave it to her.

She was shy at first because she felt awkward. Then she took it.

They took turns eating the chocolate.

It was an unhygienic game.

I wasn't sure if I should stop them or not.

On a normal day, Selene would have stopped Zoe, but her focus was currently on me and the kids who she heard call me mummy.

She was looking troubled.

When we got to my apartment, my kids ran inside. They started playing with each other.

It was Zoe's first time here, but she was comfortable with my kids. They went along so well.

Meanwhile, Selene kept looking at my apartment while she was observing everywhere, I offered her water.

“Thanks but I don't want
