Ricardo Sanguin’s POV

Snow fell on Rex’s casket as it was lowered six feet under. Ivanna was crying loudly beside me, holding on to my arm and on the other side of me was Ivyrose who sobbed quietly. The two of them have been fighting because Ivanna wouldn't tell her what she and Rex had been fighting about before he died. When they started putting the dirt onto the hole, Ivanna ran away, crying and Hailey went with her.

I was still standing quietly beside Ivyrose when Paul and Ivan, her old body guards, approached her.

“Our deepest condolences, Miss Foxworth. Your father was a great boss.” Ivan said, holding her hand. Paul nodded to me and I shook his hand.

“Thank you. If the both of you still want to continue working I’m sure I can find you a client or maybe—.”

“Miss Foxworth, Ivan and I have had our own security company in Mexico even before we worked for your father.”
