AFTER she and Gabrielle had a quarrel, Susana called them for lunch. She immediately took action and went to the kitchen. Gabrielle was already at the table, eating. She sat next to him without saying a word. She was stunned when he suddenly served her food on her plate.

"I can handle it myself," she said immediately and took the spoon. He didn't insist then and just let her.

She ate quietly and so did Susana. Few minutes later, Susana suddenly became silent and simply turned to her when she raised her head.

"Did you fight again? The two of you?" Susana suddenly asked. She swallowed hard and immediately drank water.

"No. We're not," Gabrielle answered simply. Kathleen twitched her lips for disagreeing with what he said.

"How was your trip at the market? Did you enjoy yourself there Kathleen?" said Susana. She was about to answer when Gabrielle suddenly turned to her. He stared at her evilly. She was almost in agony. She faced Susana.
