CHAPTER THIRTEEN

Ronan woke up panting and trying his damn best to breathe.

No, he didn’t have nightmares this time nor even dreamt about anything bad. The reason why he seemed to just run a ten-kilometer marathon was because of none other than Cross—that Alpha sure does know how to invade him and his personal space.

Breathing deeply, he clenches his chest. He swallows the non-existent lump on his throat and tries his best not to recall every detail of his dream. Knowing that he dreamt about Cross was enough—remembering the details would be too much this time.
