The morning came with new hopes and new aspirations. Valentina yawned and stretched her hands.
"Aah!!"
She winced in pain when she tried to move. She looked down and found Xavier snuggling to her. She again tried to move him away but Xavir swatted her hands away and grabbed her waist tightly.
"Mr. Night, it's morning already!!"
Valentina whispered in her morning voice. Xavier didn't want to wake up but hearing such an angelic voice in the morning, his eyes started opening slowly on their own. He was blessed when he saw his little wife's face. Don't know why, he felt a surge of happiness brimming in his heart when he saw her morning face, simple and void of any makeup.
