Chapter 5

SPORTING a tight red dress, silver high heels, an untidy ponytail, and heavy makeup. And a gilded half-mask, too. This is due to the fact that it indicates club membership. The wealthy members of society who are able to purchase ladies or men within the club are those who are wearing gold masks. Paid girls and guys are also available, although they do not wear masks. Inside the El Paradiso club, that is the rule.

Addison accelerated to her top speed in order to get to the club as soon as possible. There must have been many people inside because it was after ten in the evening. Consuming the purported heaven. She was correct, too, as both masked and unmasked people were already dancing on the dance floor when she arrived. She made a vodka purchase at the bar counter. Before consuming the wine in the glass and biting into the lemon juice, she exhaled loudly. A foul and bitter taste began to linger in her throat.

A stern man with a bouncer-like body approached while he was contemplating something. He didn't wear a mask, so she wasn't able to tell whether he was an employee or not. In addition, he appears to be donning a baby blue uniform, black slacks, and tic-tac shoes. It doesn't adhere to high-society standards quality. A bodyguard, perhaps.

"Are you Adda?" Addison automatically raised her eyebrows at this question. The man knows her code name. "She wants to see you, rooftop, pool side." He whispered just enough for her to hear.

Reluctantly, Addison stood up with the wine in the glass, but he violently took it from her hand and gave her a bad look. Okay. No foreplay, this one look really serious. They entered the elevator one after the other. He also pressed the button. No one dared to talk. They even entered a door leading to the rooftop. A wide space for helipad and there was a chopper and the long infinity pool opened to her. The place filled with darkness and the lights from below seemed to serve as little stars. She felt like she was in the middle of two-night skies full of stars.

If she's not mistaken, the owner of the club was standing by the pool with his back to them when the man took her there. Clement, Oliver. "Miss, V," the bodyguard called for his attention before walking away from them.

That alone broke her imagination.

"Did you call me?" Addison queried. To her surprise, he turned violently towards her. And she saw anger and disappointment in his eyes.

"Whether you're wearing a mask or not, I know you. And I know about you killing one of my customers here, Adda, of all places, right in front of my club. How disgraceful?" But instead of being afraid, she looked at him in defiance.

“Sorry Mama Via, I had to took that man down, he is living each day to the fullest. Anyhow, I was being careless. But let it go; it's just a job, she muttered as she stripped down and into the pool's clear water.

"Don't do it in front of my club; once more, I don't want the media to feast on me. Got it?" he demanded. But Addison was content to swim while waving her hands. His just mad and upset but later it will disappear. Oliver Clemente, also known as Mama Via, is the proprietor of the illustrious and glamorous club. Because the he is a gay, she chose the name Olivia Clemente for herself. A typical businessperson, friendly but impolite. All of the club's members are familiar to him. They have been friends ever since she first arrived at this club. Even though they are fairly close, they only occasionally talk because he is socially awkward and preoccupied with work. Olivia is a business tycoon in the Philippines as a result of this club, but it's a very low-profile operation, and unless she's wearing a gold and silver scarf, you'd never know it. She picked up the phrase "because you are gold" thanks to him. Simple word, yet conveys the idea that you are valuable, expensive, and worthwhile. She detested gold, though, so much!

She climbed into the pool after swimming. Mama Via was still there and sitting on a lawn chair. The contents of the cup were also empty, and a new one was poured. She picked up the clothes scattered on the floor. A servant also handed her a robe and she put it on.

"Are you happy with your life?" Olivia questioned. Addison was slightly taken aback by that question, but she composed herself in defiance.

"Of course, I am. Why Mama?" There was a hint of sarcastic once again, dominated by being proud.

Olivia smirked slightly, and her eyes seemed to mock.

"Because you know, there are people who want to save lives and yet you're here killing those people."

Addison rolled her eyes. Here we go again.

"It's just a job, Olivia, and I'm killing them for a reason. No innocents are affected. Well, collateral damage, but we make amends for the family of the deceased. Why should I care if the people I kill are a blight on society? Sorry about what happened last night, Mama Via. I'll make the media shut up." She compromises and reached for the halved bottle of champagne and drank it, then put it back on the table.

“I wonder where you put your heart right now Adda. I still can't believe that you and your innocent face could kill a person. I'm off. I just came here to talk to you and check the club. "

When Olivia left, she went to her own suite to change clothes. She had just entered the bathroom when she heard the doorbell ring one after another. It looks like someone is going to break her doorbell. She tied the lace of the robe back and left the bathroom. She picked up the mask from the vanity table and put it on again, tightening the knot of the robe even more and preparing herself. She would end up naked after a fight.

Addison carelessly opened the door and screamed in annoyance. "Don't you have manners?" To her surprise, there was Adonis standing outside her suite, wearing a baby pink long-sleeve polo shirt, denim pantaloons and a black tic-tac shoe. And she can't blame her eyes adored the man in front of her. He screams maleness and masculinity. But his eyes telling different story. She could clearly see the anger in his eyes and amusement at the same time as he wandered his eyes over hers.

“Talk about manners, damn! You made me wait for damn two days!” he angrily shouted to her horror.

Addison curled her eyebrows in an instant, how on earth could she let this man wait for him for two days. Does she know him? Because if yes, why would she let him wait?

Addison shook her head and smiled dryly. “I'm sorry but I think you knock the wrong suite Mr. unknown.” She was about to close the door when he blocked his body while his eyes were on her.

"I've never made a mistake, and you're wearing this." He raised her left hand and casually dropped it. "It only means I didn't make a mistake." It was only then that she noticed the worn ring given by the man she had a one-night stand with.

Don't tell me...

She drew back in surprise, her face flushed. “Yes, it's me,” unexpectedly, Ralth removed his mask right in front of her. She was dumbfounded for a minute. He's such a manly and his lips where mockingly smiling at her as if it was tempting her to taste them, just like Adonis reincarnated in modern era.

“It's my turn. Deal is deal.” She gulps. Why does this one suddenly appear, and why did she forget about him? Addison wanted to kick herself in annoyance. She forgot everything about the man, how could she? Come to think of it, her mind was too preuccupied with work but there was a moment when he remembered the stranger and that she wanted to see him again. There was something about him that she can't name, or refused to name it.

Addison froze in a second when his lips meet hers, tracing every inch of it. Her body shiver and that feels like the first one. This isn't her first time to be kissed, many men have been linked to her, she dated and some of them were undercover but when it comes to this man, she felt something more than what she has felt before.

Those touch sends some tingling sensation, burning passion and amusement. Oh! How she adored his eyes more, and those tempting lips caresses hers. She was about to respond and deepen it but disappointment drawn in her face when he stops. As though scrutinizing them, he fixed his gaze on hers. She is unable to determine what is making her upset, and she could care less.

“It's my first time to feel this thing that I can't name, and of all the women I've slept with, you're the only one I feel this way about." Addi took a step away to put some distance between them. She felt insulted, and humiliated. However, it very usual and normal for men. And why do in hell she felt jealous?

“Stop what you're doing right now. If you want a party, just let me have my clothes for a while.” She said before entering the suite. She was unable to comprehend why she had those inappropriate feelings in the first place.

“It's Beck, and I don’t care if you’re naked or not. You're still beautiful as you are,” he said with adoration in his eyes. They hadn't seen each other for two days but it felt like a year. From the moment he saw the girl while drinking alone at the pub, he was immediately attracted to her. It sounds silly, but he couldn't erase the smile on his lips as he remembered what had happened the previous day. And every minute he wanted her again and again. Give her the greatest sex she ever deserves.

Now that she is standing right before his eyes, his desire gone wild and he may be lost his sanity if he won't make her his again. He won't let this chance slip out of his hands again. He claimed her lips savagely with the exact intense of passion and desire and clung her into his powerful arms.

The woman couldn't resist because of the treacherous body that spontaneously responded to his kisses. She felt her body shivering and she almost lost her strength to cling to his neck. It was a wrong move because she only gave an invitation to the man to capture her lips.

“I think I would die if can't make you mine tonight my slave--”

“Adda,” she unconsciously whispered her name. And to her horror the man untied her robe and showered her bare chest with tiny kisses down. It was a very different feeling since she had done it not once or twice but many times with other men. This isn't just sex, more than that. Maybe love making but damn, it was an understatement.

“Adda,” he repeated. “What a nice name darling.” He whispered in a baritone voice which added more heat to their body. His hands wander all over her body. She can't resist as she was clung into his powerful arms. The only thing she can do is stay in the flow of his movements. She finally lost sanity.

“Hearing you moan made me hard and eager to wanting you more. Adda, my precious Adda. Mi inosente extraño.” He whispered.
