"Wait, Helen," Samuel Kingston called her. He was a 23-year-old man in his fourth year as a student at Avalon's City University.

"Why should I wait? What do you want from me?" Helen asked as she turned back to face Samuel, the notorious bad boy at the university.

"Why are you acting hard to get? Do you think I want to use you?" Samuel asked, as he refused to give up. He wore a faded black jean jacket, a jean trouser, and boots, as he had just exited his pharmacy class. He was studying pharmacology, just like Helen, but she was a very brilliant, chubby 21-year-old fair-skinned girl.

Some other medical students stole glances at them and wondered if Helen would give Samuel a chance. Besides, his father was a billionaire and owned a private hospital in their state.

Helen wore a white top and a brown skirt, paired with black shoes. A pair of spectacles was perched on the bridge of her nose. She was of average height, with fair skin and long blonde hair.

"Samuel, I am warning you: keep your distance from me. If you chase after me again, I am going to report you to the chancellor. So stay away!" Helen warned Samuel, because she didn't want to have anything to do with him.

Helen Robert was from an average family of five, but she was the only daughter. The rest of her siblings were all businesspeople, and she was the youngest. Although her parents didn't support her pursuing further education, her intelligence convinced her father to finally allow Helen to attend university. After all, she was the last born in her family.

Helen didn't want to disappoint her mother, so she avoided relationships. At the age of 21, Helen Robert was still a virgin, and many students at the renowned university were aware because Helen didn't have a boyfriend.

"Chubby nerd!" They called her.

"What's Helen trying to act like? Why is Samuel Kingston chasing after a chubby nerd? Doesn't he see other pretty girls he could chase?"

Helen heard the ongoing rumors and the insults flying around, but she didn't care to stare at the other students. She held her books to her chest and went back to her hostel, where she had four other roommates staying with her.

Bridget Black.

Anita Roland.

Cynthia Jackson.

Tasha Thompson.

Bridget and Anita, both 23-year-old brown-skinned ladies, didn't like Helen because she was more focused on her studies and didn't like to attend parties with them.

However, Tasha was Helen's best friend. Unlike Helen, who was the youngest among them, Tasha was a 22-year-old lady who attended some university events.

While Helen was the only plus-sized one among them, Tasha was slim, like Bridget and Anita.

"Helen, I saw Samuel chasing after you today. Aren't you going to give him a chance? A lot of girls would kill to have Samuel's attention, yet his whole focus is on you. Why can't you accept dating him? Please?" Tasha asked, holding onto Helen's hand when Helen returned from her class.

"But Tasha," Helen frowned as she refused, "I do not want to have anything to do with a guy like Samuel Kingston. He changes his girlfriend every week since he joined in our first year. How can I date him? Don't talk to me about Samuel again. And if you are interested in him, you can go after him."

Tasha sighed. "It's fine. I honestly wish I were the one Samuel was asking on a date. You are obviously missing out."

Helen sighed, not wanting to dwell on Samuel's topic. She went to her bunk bed to lie down, as she was already exhausted after returning from her class.

Soon, she fell asleep on the bed.

At the men's dormitory, Samuel Kingston was with his best friends, Alex Benson, John Edward, and Eric White, as they stayed in the same room.

"What's up with you, Samuel? Have you finally won the bet?" John asked. He was a 25-year-old guy whose father was a senator, and he was a bad boy too, as well as Samuel's best friend. While Alex and Eric were also on their team, they had not expected Samuel to accept the challenge with John because they knew that Helen was not Samuel's type of woman.

Samuel smiled as he sat on the bed in his room. "Just give me time, and I will surely get Helen."

"Give you time for how long? You already lost the bet because I saw you asking Helen out today again. That chubby girl is so full of herself, and I just hate her," John ranted. He had tried to ask Helen to help him with one of his projects, but she refused, which led him to fail.

John had paid a few students to help him with his homework, but this particular subject needed Helen's help. Instead of helping him solve it like the prodigy she was, even as he offered to pay her $50,000—considering the highest he had paid before was $10,000—she refused. She declined his offer and embarrassed him publicly, telling him, "Why don't you read your pharmacy books and pass the exams yourself?"

John gritted his teeth as he remembered the poker face Helen had given him.

Back in the present, Samuel smiled and said, "I am on the same boat as you, John. We have until our final year graduation, which is next year, for the bet to conclude. If I get Helen, date her, and sleep with her, as the bet says, you will pay me $10 million. But if I lose, I will have to pay you the bet. Deal?"

"Yeah. Deal," John said, his voice full of seriousness, while Eric and Alex both shook their heads.

"You guys are crazy! Even if you give me 20 million dollars, I cannot sleep with that chubby nerd, even though she has a pretty face. She is not my type. Damn it! I cannot imagine the thought of carrying her and making love to her. Count me out of your fụcking bet. I love to have my girlfriend slim and simple, not that plus-sized nerd," Eric said. His father worked in a petroleum company, but he wanted to be a pharmacist in the future. They were all pharmacy students, but they knew that aside from Helen's chubby figure, most of the lecturers liked her.

"Even I cannot imagine dipping my dîck in Helen's cave or having her sit on me and ride me like a cowgirl. She is going to break my waist. Samuel, I am going to advise you to reconsider your bet with John. John is obsessed with getting his revenge on Helen after she refused to help him with his homework, which resulted in his humiliation and detention. So he wants to see her humiliated and is using you too," Alex said, his voice full of concern for his best friend.

"Don't worry. I got this. I want to have Helen, even if it's for a night. She is not my type, but that doesn't change the fact that she is a virgin compared to all the loose girls at this university. I want to know what it feels like to sleep with a virgin, even if it's once. I want to feel her virgin tightness around my dîck, then I will break up with her. That's the deal," Samuel said, his lips curled up in a smile, rendering his three best friends speechless.

"Fine. Do as you wish," they replied, as they were older than him. Samuel smiled and re-strategized. "Trust me, I don't fail," he said with full confidence, believing that he would get Helen soon.

"Alright. We trust you," they agreed on his bet, hoping to see him succeed.

When Helen arrived at the bottom of the stairs, she walked into the living room and spotted her mother standing by the dining table and arranging the chairs."Good morning, Mom," Helen greeted her mother with a warm smile on her face. She was dragging her box along, and Rosemary smiled upon seeing her daughter's happy face. She knew it was the young man who had come to visit them that made Helen glow in the morning brightness.Rosemary stood in a milk-colored nightdress as she donned a pair of black slippers. Her husband was still upstairs in the room, sleeping."Morning, Helen. Are you leaving this early? It's just after 7 a.m.," Rosemary inquired with a smile as Helen walked up to the dining room to meet her.Helen left her box in the living room and walked up to join her mother in arranging the remaining dining chairs, as her mother had busied herself with cleaning the whole house."I know, Mom," Helen replied with a smile. "I want to be on campus on time to catch up with where I l

John was getting ready for his bath, even though it was late and midnight."That bìtch isn't worth my time. I can have anyone that I want.""Alright. I just thought you got annoyed. Though it was disrespectful for Tasha to say that about you, I didn't think you should take it to heart," Samuel replied with a smile."Really? What if you found out that Tasha liked you? Would you date her?" John queried as he pinned his gaze on Samuel's face.Samuel's expression darkened, and he replied, "No way. She is not my type.""Mm. The same thing you said about Helen, but you ended up chasing after her like a lovesick fool, forgetting that it was all a bet.""John," Samuel's expression darkened, and John laughed at last. "What did I lie? What man goes to a woman's house if not that he is in love with her?""I am not in love with Helen," Samuel retorted, and John smirked."We shall see about that." John exited the room to have his bath, while Samuel lay on his bed, annoyed.*Why does John think tha

Helen was stunned in her room when she heard Tasha mention that she wasn't the one who had given Samuel Kingston her house address."If Tasha isn't the one who gave Samuel my house address, then who did?" Helen pondered as she lay on her bed.She went online and searched through her friend list. She had many new friend requests, but she didn't waste her time adding anyone. Her profile was on private mode, and she didn't want pretentious friends. Only a handful of her relatives and family members were on her list, but since her father's company got sold, Helen noticed some of her relatives had unfollowed her.She sighed and added Samuel, as she needed him to explain where he got her home address.*Did he hire someone to monitor me?* Helen pondered as she nervously accepted Samuel's friend request. She clicked on the direct message and sent him a message:Helen: "Samuel, who gave you my home address? Did you hire someone to stalk me?"Helen felt uneasy about it. She couldn't imagine tha

"It's fine. You don't have to explain yourself. I won't be against it if you want to date John. He's a single guy, after all," Samuel pressed, clearly amused, but John was silent, observing Tasha's reaction. She had rejected him even before he had the gut to ask her out."I am not into John. He's not my type of guy," Tasha replied dismissively, wanting to get away. She could feel John's gaze burning behind her back, and she dared not look at him. Surprisingly, John didn't confront Tasha like she had thought. She assumed it was because Samuel was there and a few other students. John also respected Samuel a lot.Tasha knew that she would have a death wish to say that directly to John's face, so she didn't dare to look back at him."Oh, is that so?" Samuel inquired, clearly amused as he chuckled and drew nearer to Tasha, even as the night had fallen."So who is your type of guy?" he asked her, standing in front of her. "Because John is the hottest of them. And I don't know who is better

As Helen sat across from her mother in the dining room, having dinner after Samuel had left, her heart raced. She felt shy because she hadn't expected Samuel to visit."Helen, are you going to eat your food, or are you waiting for it to get cold?" Rosemary asked calmly, smiling at her daughter's flushed face. She had been planning to ask Helen about her private life and if she had a boyfriend.Though Rosemary knew she supported her husband willing his company to Helen before they lost it, she didn't want to put too much pressure on her daughter. After all, Helen was her only daughter and her lastborn child. But she was concerned that her daughter wasn't in any relationship.Rosemary had wondered if it was because Helen was chubby and the guys at a private university like Avalon's City University didn't spare her a glance. As a mother, Rosemary wanted her daughter to settle down so that she could be at peace with herself and the fact that her husband wasn't rich anymore. She didn't wan

"Wait, Helen, aren't you happy to see me?" Samuel asked as he turned to face Helen.Helen crossed her arms over her chest, standing by the gate entrance of her father's house, and replied, "I am not happy to see you. What do you want here? How do you know my father's address?"Helen watched as Samuel's eyes followed her body, from her chest down to her blue shorts, and up to her face again."You don't dress like this at the university. Why? Hiding your God-given gift?" he asked her with a smile, watching her face as her cheeks flushed."Samuel, you don't talk like this, either. Don't flirt with me. We are sworn enemies. So shoo away," Helen waved her arms for Samuel to leave, surprised that he had found her home address. She spotted the black car waiting to take him back."You should leave, Samuel. I don't want to see you," Helen repeated, knowing that her father had been defrauded by Samuel's father."I am not leaving," Samuel replied calmly. "I came to take you to the university. Di
