Alpha Trent's POV.

I was unable to concentrate on my duties for the past days or distract myself with sorting out some files I had in my custody.

Investigation would be carried out over the assault that was done to Eva. I remember when she called the servant and luckily the maid was diligent to attend to her plight. It was fortunate that we found her on time,l because she had lost pints of blood.

I suspected my sister to be the culprit but she denied it firmly. I had no choice but to stop blaming her. My father should be the next suspect but I knew that he could not have stooped so low to do something so outrageous.
