Chapter 13 Victory Party

"Hi Gabrielle." I immediately greeted my best friend when I saw her, she's always like this, waiting for me on the door or on the gate.

"Katie, glad you're already here. Let's go." She said and lead me towards our table, we only have 3 circle table inside, the room was filled by 24 people, 6 main casts, 8 extras, 3 producers, 5 writers and 2 directors and other restaurant staffs.

"Have a seat Katie." Nicko offered me a chair and then I just smiled, I still get his offer.

"How are you? It's been a while since we talked." He said.

"I'm fine. I'm already fine even without you." I said and when I was about to leave he pulled my arms back into the chair.

"Why are you so mad at me Katie? You are the one who admitted it right? I was here to support you in that but what did you do? You left your talent agency, you left our company." He said.

"I left because my manager told me to admit but when I was about to hold it back, she said that it can no longer be back! It was permanent! My boyfriend didn't agree!" I said.

"So the rumors are true?" He asked.

"Yes, were now official." I said, he was shocked! I can see it through looking into his eyes.

"When will you going to upload our collaboration vlog?" He asked, he just changed our atmosphere to lessen the awkwardness.

"When my editor gets it done, It will be uploaded quickly." I said but it wasn't true. I already deleted the file.

"Katie. I'm sorry." He said out of nowhere.

"Why are you saying sorry?" I asked.

"You're name will always be close to my name forever." He said and I saecasrically laughed.

"It will never happened, maybe the issue will only last for over three months. It will never happened because Enrique will help me clean this." I said.

"Yeah, let's talk about Enrique? Is he treatinh you okay?" He asked.

"Of course, he always treat me right, he's a very good man." I said.

"I'm happy for you, I heard on our staffs that you two are finally official? Is it true?" Why is that Nicko sounds jealous?

"Yes, were official, why are you asking?" I raised my brow.

"Nothing. Excuse me." He said before leaving.

"Hey Katie Megan, is it true?" Gabrielle quickly asked.

"Not yet but I'm hoping that this pretention would be true someday, and plus. He kissed me on the hotel, the night before the play." I said then Gabrielle put her hands on her mouth!

"Oh my Gosh! Katie, can I ask? Where did he kissed you?" She playfully asked.

"Cheeks only Gabby." I said then a disappointment plastered on her eyes. Is she expecting that we kissed through our lips? Not yet, not this time!

"I would be very happy for you if that happens in the future." She said before Nicko came back.

"Kate, your boyfriend." Nicko said and then point his fingers on Enrique, walking towards us.

"Katie! Why are you with this man?" He arrogantly asked while he was holding the collar of Nicko's polo.

"Why the hell is this man beside you? Huh?" He arrogantly asked again and I was trying to pull him while our other friends are also trying to pull Nicko.

"Quen... Let's go home, okay, don't mind him." I said while slowly caressing his arms.

"What? What did you say? How can I don't think so much about you if you were with this man." He said and finally let Nicko go.

"Let's go home." I said then pulled him out of the restaurant. I was also cleaning his wounds by an ice and a towel.

"I'm going to drive." I said then I drived, he wants to get into his house tonight, not on my condo.

"We're here." I said then take him off of my car. We quickly entered into his room. It's payback time!

"Enrique! Why did you that in public? It was so embarrassing." I said.

"I'm just protecting you Babe." He sweetly said.

"Protecting from what? Why do you act this way? We don't have any relationship status right? Why are you doing this?" I asked him consequetively.

"I am doing this because I care for you and I love you!" He said and my feet get cold.

"H-huh?" My voice slowly cracked.

"I said, I'm only doing this because your parents said." He answered.

"Okay." I said out of frustration.

"I'm going to leave, I'll message you tomorrow instead." He said.

"Enrique, can I ask a favor?" I said and he immediately looked at me.

"What favor?" He asked.

"Could you please not do it in public?" I said.

"I'm sorry Katie, I can't promise that I will never do that again, bye." He said and waved his eyes before leaving.

"Kiko, Mommy is here." I said while looking for Kiko inside my room. I want to stay in the party but Enrique made a scene so I just go home, I will call Gabrielle later.

"Kiko, sweetie." I said when I finally saw him.

"Did Nanang fed you already?" I asked while cuddling with him.

"Arf!" He softly barked.

"I will take it as a yes Cutie." I said, "Wait a minute my little one, I'll just change my clothes." I added then moved at the comfort room and change my clothes as fast as I can.

"Kiko, come here, we're going to call Ninang Gabrielle." I said then he jumped over my bed.

"Arf! Arf!" He barked.

"Why?" I asked.

"Arf!" He barked again and ran on my window.

"What's that Kik—." My words didn't came out of my mouth when I saw that there was a hostage taking at the ground, outside my condominium unit building.

"Lord please take care of them." I whispered and I get my phone because it rang.

"Hi Katie, are you okay?" He concernly asked.

"Katie please, don't go out of your unit, there's a hostage taking outside, if you need something, just text me." He said.

"I know that there is a hostage taking outside, I'm on the terrace of my unit right now." I said and then I heard that he punched the wall.

"KATIE! GET INSIDE PLEASE!" He said and I laughed.

"Okay master!" I said before dropping his call, I don't feel it when I'm talking to him this night!

"Did you hear it my baby Kiko? He is so concern to me right? Should I expect something? He said I love you to me earlier and he cares for me." I said while talking to my dog. He's not answering me because he is dog do I called my friend.

"Hi Gabrielle." I said when she answered the call.

"Why Kat? Is there something wrong happened to you? Are you okay? I've heard the news." She said.

"Yuh, I am super fine Gabby, I just want to say good night. I love you!" I said then I gave her a flying kiss before I drop the call.

"Let's sleep now my forever cutie, Little Kiko." I said and kiss him before I close my eyes.

My dreams are already coming true, thank you so much our dear Lord. I know that my thank you is not still enough for everything that you are giving to me these days, I wish and hope that I could serve your church when the day comes.
