POV: Kesley

Morning light cut through the gap in Tristan's curtains, a blade of gold across the rumpled sheets.

I woke from sleep in stages this morning. First the ache between my thighs, pleasant and deep.

Then the warmth on either side of me, two bodies bracketing mine.

Ethan's arm draped across my stomach. Tristan's breath stirred the hair at my crown.

I was sore...

Blissfully, thoroughly sore in places I hadn't known could feel sore.

Every shift of my hips reminded me of last nig

POV: Chloe Ella smiles...She could tell that her words were getting into their heads, I could see that too, I could feel it in the bond that they are not so angry anymore I can tell from the way their eyes soften, as if they were recalling the past, like she suggested.“If you kick me out now, I have no one else to turn to and nowhere to go. Please Alpha,” she begs.“Ethan... Please forgive me, I’ve changed completely, I beg you. I’m not the same Ella that caused so much trouble, I’ve really changed.” She said, looking from Ethan to Tristan and then back to Ethan.I almost laughed out loud as she acts pitifully in front of the two brothers and still ignores me as if I wasn’t even standing there."It wasn't me or my brother you offended," Tristan said. His arms had crossed over his chest in the way that meant a door was closing, politely but completely. "Why are we the ones receiving apologies?" he asks her. Her eyes moved, slightly uncertain."You hurt Chloe," Ethan said, beside m

  • One Mate Was Never Enough    Ella Show's Up

POV: Chloe We had been living at the mountain estate for three weeks before it started to feel different. It feels like something other than a very beautiful, very complicated situation. The estate was large enough that three people could coexist without constant negotiation.Tristan's wing on the east side, Ethan's rooms on the west, my bedroom in the centre of the upper floor with windows on both sides and a view of the valley that made waking up feel like an event worth attending. My own space... My own walls. The brothers had insisted on this, separately and then together, with the united front they'd been showing more often since the hospital.“You need somewhere that's yours, Ethan had said. Not ours, Tristan had added. Yours.I had stood in the doorway of the centre bedroom with the valley light coming through the windows and felt something ease in my chest that I hadn't known was tight.Living together was... not simple. I want to be honest about that. There were

  • One Mate Was Never Enough    I Can Be Naughty Too

POV: Chloe Jerome's composure held, but the slight pause said enough."I came to remind you of your obligations to the council," he said. "Your arrangement with miss Nora...""I'll stop you there." Tristan's tone stayed perfectly level, which was the most dangerous version of him, and they both knew it. "I am not engaged to anyone. The council proposed an arrangement. I considered it the way I consider all proposals, without commitment. I neither accepted nor rejected it." He paused. "That consideration is now over. Nora is not my mate and will not be my mate. That is my position and it doesn't need the council's blessing to be final.""The laws of this pack...""Are mine." He said it simply, no emphasis, the way you state facts that don't need defending. "I made them. I know what they say and what they mean. And I’m pretty sure they don't allow any elder, regardless of seniority, to enter my home while I'm away, speak to my household, and issue threats dressed up as leg

  • One Mate Was Never Enough    Elder Jerome

POV: Chloe Something in his chest unknotted. I felt it happen, a release of tension I hadn't realized he'd been carrying, a fear so old it had become part of his foundation, now crumbling. He smiled, the real one smile, the one I love. Then they were gone, and I was alone in the rumpled bed with the bond still singing between us, with Elixir stirring in the back of my mind.“They are both amazing,” she whispered...I pressed my palm to my chest, where the warm hum of two heartbeats pulsed alongside mine."I know, Lixi." I said aloud. "And they are ours..." I said proudly, smiling to myself like a teenager who is just discovering love. After they left, our bond went quiet to a hum, like music turned down low instead of off. I could still feel them, both of them, moving through the morning somewhere beyond the walls of the house. Tristan's alertness, sharp and focused, moving steadily north. Ethan's warmth underneath it, present and steady.I lay in the rumpled bed for a w

Every shift of my hips reminded me of last night, Tristan's commanding growl, Ethan's reverent whispers, the way they'd passed me back and forth until I'd lost count of how many times I'd shattered. My thighs pressed together at the memory. And something answered. It feels like a thought in .y head, but it’s not a thought, not even a sensation. It was something else, like a pulse in my chest that wasn't my heartbeat, warm and foreign and distinctly Tristan. Yeah, it sure feels like him in my head. And beneath it, I felt another curren

  • One Mate Was Never Enough    Interrupted

POV: Chloe “Look at me.”Tristan’s voice was a tether, pulling me back from the floating haze of two orgasms. His hips moved in a rhythm that was deliberately slow, each thrust a declaration. I forced my eyes to focus on his face, the sharp line of his jaw, the dark hair falling across his forehead, the way his lips parted with every exhale.“That’s it,” he murmured. “Stay with me.”Behind him, Ethan stirred. I heard the rustle of sheets, the soft grunt as he shifted his injured arm. Then his hand found my ankle, his thumb pressing into the arch of my foot.“She’s still trembling,” Ethan said, wonder in his voice.“She’s going to tremble a lot more before I’m done.” Tristan’s thrust deepened, and my back arched off the mattress. “You feel that? How perfectly you take me?”Words had abandoned me. I could only nod, my fingers twisting in the sheets that were already damp with sweat.“Turn her over,” Ethan said. Not a suggestion.Tristan’s eyes flicked to his brother, s
