Mikaya's POV

"Mom, I think he is my father?"

I was surprised when my son suddenly asked me out of nowhere while we were lying down and reading a story book.

"What do you mean?"

I asked him confused, then I faced him.

"Mr. Brown Eyes, Mom. We have the same eye color. Then he said he likes cars like me. He has a collection with different colors."

He explained to me, despite the similarities they have, I can't just assume that he is the child's father. I have this feeling but I need a proof, a DNA test.

"Ah, is it because of that? You know what son, it's just a coincidence. There are so many people with brown eyes. It's not just you and it's not just him, there are many of them."

I explained to him, I hope he will believe what I am saying until I am not sure if he is the father of my child.
