"You can go home and not join the dinner party tonight," said their supervisor, supervisor, and those who heard it were stunned.

"Sir! Why can't he join?" a beta asked in shock.

Our omega supervisor looked at the beta man without emotion and then said, "If you want to make the omegas in their circle angry, then let's include him. You already know that Haru is an omega, omega, and you know about the omega circle's gettinggetting together, together, so why would you stop him?"

"Sir..."

"Also, the person who formed the circle that Haru belongs to is not just any person. Do you want to make it angry?"

The betas swallowed right away but gave me a nasty look. I just bit my lip because I don't know why they are giving me bad looks.

"You can leave," said our supervisor, supervisor, and I nodded.

I changed my top first, first, and then I left the locker room. I can't stay there any longer because I can't stand the atmosphere. Fortunately,Fortunately, there is no alpha in that area.

I immediately called a taxi and told the driver where I was going. I closed my eyes and then thought. The Alphas areare given thethe giftgift that they have beautiful faces, bodies, and lives. They are smart and really leader-type, so that's not surprising. Betas are able to live without obstacles because they are not affected by pheromones, but we omegas are not. In the social hierarchy, we omegas are the lowest.

Being an omega is only fun and good if you have a family that supports you. Not like the family we came from. Others say that poor omegas can only be saved by rich omegas, maybe to them but not to me. When I think about facing an Alpha, I feel like I'm shaking with fear and anger.

"Sir, we are here," said the male driver.

I immediately came back into my trance when my driver spoke. I paid and then got out of the car and watched the car drive away. I frowned because I felt that I had not taken a taxi.

"Uh, did I make a mistake?" I asked myself.

I just shook my head and then entered Kenji's mansion. The get-together is always done by omegas, and the more, the bigger the cost. In the circle formed by Kenji, there are only five of us, so it's okay for us to get together anywhere.

"Finally, you're here!" Rayle immediately exclaimed when I got to the living room.

"Oh, am I the only one missing?" I asked.

Normally, I'm always the first since I'm the one they always worry about. We always gather at my place; that's why I don't have any problems.

"Nope, Kasumi is still not here," Aoi replied, placing food on the vanity table.

I just helped make what we were going to eat, and Kenji put the beer in a can for us to drink. A few moments later, Kasumi also arrived, and he looks so messed up. The four of us looked at each other when we saw Kasumi, and then we sighed because we would find out later.

We were sitting on the floor and around the coffee table, except for Aoi, who was sitting on a chair because of her stomach. He won't drink beer or juice either because he will be jealous of us.

"Ah, I want to drink beer too," he told us tearfully. We just laughed. "When I really give birth and can drink, I will drink until I can't anymore," he joked to us.

We just shook our heads because we already knew that wouldn't happen either. We were silent because we knew we were about to start talking and the atmosphere around us had changed.

"Kasumi, did you fight with those bastards again?" Kenji asked worriedly.

Kasumi stopped drinking beer for a moment and then tightened her grip on the beer can.

"Yeah," he answered weakly as he put down the beer can he was holding. "They don't want to stop me. I told them that I want to stop being a host, but they don't want to let me go."

We saw Kasumi's tears fall, and I feel that her problem is not only that she quit being the host.

"Isn't there something else?" I asked, and he looked at me.

It smiled. "I don't know, but I really feel Haru, you have superpowers." He said, laughing, but I didn't laugh.

I'm just sensitive to someone's emotion since I have to look for it.

"I just feel like there's another reason," I said. He shook his head but was still smiling.

His hands trembled as he sipped his beer from a can in his hand. I, Aoi, Rayle, and Renji looked at each other. We know that Kasumi is not a talker, but we want him to be able to open up about his own problems to us.

Our conversation continued until we finished our beer and decided to go to bed. The lights are off, but I'm still not sleepy. Maybe because I'm thinking too much, or maybe...

"You're still awake at this hour?" asked a voice, and I know that it's Aoi.

He is the only one among us who is not drunk. Kenji has fallen.

"I can't sleep," I answered, then smiled at him.

"Still having a nightmare?" he asked.

I didn't answer right away, but I just nodded because I knew that they already knew the reason why I always go to bed late.

"I still can't get away from that scene," I said sadly, and then I looked up at the sky. "It feels like I'm trapped," I added.

Aoi didn't answer right away, and then she walked and stood next to me. "I know it's been hard for you throughout these years, but... Akira won't like it," he added.

I just smiled at Aoi.

"Sleep; you are not allowed to stay up," I said, and then sent him back inside.

He snorted. "You and Takeru are the same," he teased, and I laughed weakly.

When Aoi left, the smile on my face disappeared. Apart from their Alpha and their Alpha families, I don't talk to or spend time with anyone else. Alphas, I know, have no ill intentions towards omegas.

Kenji and Aoi's Alpha are really kind, and they really love them with all their hearts and souls. Is it me? When will I find an Alpha like Ryo and Takeru? The kind of Alpha that won't give up on me?

It's vague.

Aside from Ryo, Takeru, and Asahi, I don't have any other Alphas known to have a good relationship with their Omega.

I looked at my cellphone and saw the time, so I just sighed, turned it off again, and went inside to sleep.

I still have work tomorrow.

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   Epilogue

The moment we stepped through the front door, the rush of warmth that came over me was more than just the physical heat of our home. It was the embrace of familiarity, of being home. I had missed this place more than I’d realized. The sound of our children’s voices filled the air before I could even take off my shoes, and I felt a lump rise in my throat as they ran toward us.“Papa! Daddy!” they called out in perfect unison, their voices full of excitement, joy, and love. The sight of Hibiki, Mina, and Ren rushing toward us was enough to make my heart swell in ways I couldn’t quite describe.I knelt down as fast as I could, trying to catch them all in one go. Mina, being the most affectionate of the three, immediately flung herself into my arms, wrapping her little arms around my neck and burying her face against me. I chuckled, holding her close as I breathed in her familiar scent. The warmth of her tiny body against mine was all I needed to feel complete.“We missed you so much, Pap

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   A Quiet Getaway

It had been years since Jiro and I had taken a vacation just for the two of us. Life had been a constant whirlwind of work, family, and responsibilities. There was always something that needed attention, and as much as I loved our children, the routine had worn us both thin. So when Jiro suggested a quiet getaway, I jumped at the chance. A beach vacation, just the two of us. No kids, no work, just time to reconnect. As we sat in the taxi that was taking us to the airport, I couldn't help but feel a small pang of guilt. Hibiki and Mina were both old enough now to take care of themselves—Mina with her calm and mature demeanor, Hibiki with his protective nature as a big brother—but still, they were our children. Leaving them behind for a few days felt strange, even if we were leaving them in capable hands."You’re still worried, aren’t you?" Jiro said, his voice soft but knowing. He had always been able to read me so easily.I looked at him, offering a small smile. "A little. They’re gro

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   A Night of Reflection

The warmth of Jiro's presence lingered as I drifted into a peaceful sleep, my body finally giving in to the exhaustion that had been building up over the past few days. There was something comforting about knowing he was still awake, making sure everything was in order, while I let my mind wander into quiet oblivion. I woke up a few hours later to find the room dim, the soft glow of moonlight spilling through the large windows, casting gentle shadows across the room. The house was silent, the only sound being the occasional rustle of the wind outside. For a brief moment, I couldn't remember where I was, disoriented by the unfamiliar stillness. But as my senses returned, I realized I was in our shared bedroom—safe and secure, just the way I liked it. Jiro was no longer sitting in the chair, but I could hear the faint sound of footsteps outside, followed by a muffled voice. It sounded like he was checking on the kids. I smiled to myself, knowing that his love for our family was as con

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   Quiet Moments

The house had fallen into a peaceful quiet, the kind that only comes when the day has ended and everyone is tucked away in their respective rooms. The usual hum of energy, the laughter, and the occasional bickering had all faded, leaving just the soft ticking of the clock and the distant sound of a night breeze rustling through the trees outside. Jiro and I were in the living room, alone for the first time in what felt like hours. It had been a busy day, filled with the hustle and bustle of family life, and now, as Ren fell asleep in his room, it was just the two of us. A rare luxury these days. I was curled up on the couch, a soft blanket draped over my legs. Jiro, ever the picture of effortless strength, was sitting in the armchair opposite me, his body still, but his eyes not leaving me for a second. There was something about the silence that stretched between us—comfortable, yet somehow full of unspoken thoughts. “Everything’s quiet now,” Jiro said, his voice low and calm, the

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   The Promise of Responsibility

The decision weighed heavily on my mind. The evening had fallen into a quiet stillness, the kind where every little movement seemed to echo. The kids were waiting in the living room, looking at me with those expectant eyes. They were so eager, so sure of themselves. The promise of freedom—the promise of a trip where they could explore and grow, just the four of them—was something they were all craving. And yet, part of me still hesitated. I had spent years watching over Hibiki and Mina, making sure they were safe from the world. I had been there for them in their moments of need, guiding them with a gentle hand, protecting them from the dangers that life could throw their way. But now, they were growing up. They weren’t the small children who needed constant supervision anymore. They were capable, strong, and ready for challenges of their own. Hibiki, my eldest, was already showing the world that he was becoming a man in his own right, not just an Omega, but a responsible and strong

  • One Night With An Alpha (Omegaverse Series #3) | SPG   The Field Trip Request

The morning sun had just begun to spill through the windows, casting a warm glow across the living room. It was a quiet, peaceful Saturday, the kind of morning that held a promise of relaxation. Jiro was still upstairs, likely working on some paperwork for the company, and the kids—Hibiki and Mina—were in the kitchen, arguing over what they should have for breakfast. I stood in the hallway, listening to their usual banter, a smile tugging at the corner of my lips. As much as they could drive each other crazy, it was clear that they were as close as ever, always there for one another in their own little sibling way. I took a sip of my tea, feeling the warmth spread through me, and settled into my usual spot on the couch. I had been looking forward to a quiet day with the family, a chance to relax and maybe take a walk in the park later. But little did I know that today was going to bring an unexpected request. Hibiki was the first to appear in the living room. His black hair was stil
